No answer to calls or emails

Ordered size 9 golf shoes. Delivery came when promised. Unfortunately, the shoes had to be returned as they were too small despite being the correct size. No fault of CG.
Phoned CG, who were very helpful. They acknowledged receipt of the shoes by email. They offered a full refund or another shoe if I was interested.
I decided on a refund, contacted CG, refund was processed the same day.
Pleasure to deal with this company and will always look to them for future golf gear.

No delivery, refused to reply to several emails. Took forever to get a refund and only got that due to Amazon guarantee. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased a Second hand Powa caddy trolley from this retailer on the 31st May 2025. I dealt with the owner. The Trolley stopped working halfway through a round of golf on the 7th August 2025. I returned the trolley on the 8th August 2025. The owner was not present so I left the trolley at their shop. After trying to contact them for one week, with emails and phone calls he came back saying he would repair it but it would be costly. I told him to give me a refund as it was still under the three month second hand warranty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. After waiting for another week he offered a credit note for the full amount against a new Powa caddy trolley but I would have to pay a further £250.
I said no to this. He has now today decided that He will refund but with a £50 penalty! I refused this as I want to just get my money back against what I thought was going to be a good machine. I am astonished by this behaviour because I gave this guy every chance to play fair with me. He is in law obliged to give me a full refund on the basis that he has failed to remedy what is clearly faulty goods, not as described and not fit for purpose. He just did not take me seriously. Beware dealing with this Company.

I placed an order for golf balls. Unfortunately the delivery company they used, seem to have delivered to the wrong address (not a photo of my house)
I have sent several emails and actually managed to speak to someone from the company who said they would ring.
THANKFULLY THEY HAVE SENT MY ORDER VIA A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

There was a glitch in stock availability, post making an order. The team rang me and sorted the issue out really promptly, and sent me the clubs still in time on an overnight. Great customer service! Thank you!

I ordered a golf bag with a quoted delivery time of 3 to 5 days. Five days after I ordered the bag I got a call from them to say they couldn't source the bag for a further 2 weeks!

always have had good experiences with them albeit small purchases ie golf balls etc, but they went extra mile to help me today on a much larger purchase, so always appreciated... always good to spend local where possible, and today was a great example of that .

Do not answer phone. Trying to cancel order.

My personal experience was fantastic, as you see on here most review will differ from mine but honestly couldn’t be happier, I rang and spoke with a very friendly gentleman to make sure the clubs I wanted were in stock which they were he told me if I order them they should be dispatched same day and he was true to his word literally came 3:30 pm the next day packaged really well packaged plus they used a good haulier in parcel force so no damage in shipping either very competitive pricing and really I would use again I got the callaway epic max star driver and hybrid 4 iron to match priced new at what I have seen used clubs listed at on other websites thank you for a excellent service and to the gentleman I spoke with here is the review I said I would write :)

Looked online as they had advertised a club for sale, after placing the order I called to confirm the item was in stock to be told it was.... Two days later received an email saying the item was not in stock and they would have to order it from Callaway. I asked for a time scale and they said the end of the week. Now into the following week and no messages, I messaged to cancel the order and request a refund and they have not acknowledged this either. Please avoid and read the relevant reviews.

Sent the wrong style. Sent back and reordered. They sent the wrong style again.requested refund. Not received. Tried contacting them through amazon but Ignored. Would not touch them with a barge pole,!
You have been warned

Ordered FX Powakaddy on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered on Wednesday morning. Hassle free and very helpful, I would definitely recommend them and I will be buying from them again.

After reading reviews I’m not going to lie I was skeptical, I saw the item online I wanted (tsr2 driver) and called up the store and spoke to Mike who was very helpful. After a few minutes of him looking in the warehouse he called straight back saying my item was in stock. I ordered straight away and the order came within 48 hours. I would recommend calling the store before you place the order to ensure the item is in stock.

Excellent service, I had to wait approximately 4 weeks for a custom club, however I was informed of the delay and happy to wait as I couldn't get this elsewhere. Fab service, this is the fourth time I have purchased from these guys. Great company!

The worst online retailer for golf

Ordered a club that wasn’t listed as custom. It was and they didn’t even order it when I purchased it they instead asked me if I intended that. Waited 3 weeks to be told they were cancelling my order because they couldn’t handle criticism. Mike the owner laughed at me whilst saying he’ll refund me and cancel the order I had waited 3 weeks for because I’m clearly not happy with their service. The worst experience I’ve ever had and it all started because their website said I could buy something with a delivery time and they said it didn’t and it was listed as custom.. even recording the steps I took to make the purchase pointing out the retail legality they still saw no blame, a mistake or anything that lured me into buying something advertised that wasn’t actually as it was advertised. Don’t opt in to their emails, they are relentless!

They really had no care in the world about the mis sale and once pushed backed were dismissive, defensive and then forced me a refund. Trading standards have been informed and I’m working with my golf club pro to report the experience to Taylor made. CGDiscount are not fit to represent big brands with such little customer service and retail knowledge.

I bought an ex demo club from CG Discount Golf. It arrived the next day. The club was in immaculate condition. Absolutely outstanding service. Well done.
