Purchased from them I was sold a cupboard riddled with wood worm, they have treated me really badly. Initially accepting an exchange the item as the cupboard was not fit for purpose, they blocked me and have left me with a cupboard that has cost hundreds of pounds and cannot be used because of active woodwork. I have many images of the item and messages. I trusted them, which was a huge mistake. I was taken in by their respectable looking advertising but to be cut off a customer in that way after selling goods with a lot of woodworm tells me a lot about their ethics! Not respecting my rights as a customer. Be warned!
