I order my furniture over 2 weeks ago they never sent a confirmation number I have been emailing customer support about my order they keep saying there is nothing to update the site says it take 5-7 days which is a lie I wanted to cancel my order they said I couldn’t do not order from this company

Scam found via TikTok never had a issue…
Scam found via TikTok never had a issue with TikTok before but now thinking it was a add not through TikTok shop still blame TikTok for allowing this I took the risk and it was only like 25$ or whatever but yeah it’s fs a scam I did get a reply from the help center but it’s the same auto generated message everytime always starts with My name is James, and I will be personally taking care of your request today.

After paying the full price for more…
After paying the full price for more than one couch. I received an email that sent my phone to a broken link when I clicked on it. It seems like spam and a scam. I’m upset because the 20 something dollars was taken out of my bank account. I got an email today saying now the order has been packaged. Just waiting on the carrier… When I try to click the tracking number it does not let me again. It makes me think this is some type of a scam. I hope I get the couches or at least my money back. I ordered this through TikTok. I’ve never had an issue shopping through the TikTok shop before, but this definitely seems like something fishy.

This is a scam/fraud website this website takes your money & never updates on the tracking. You can’t contact anyone all the information is fake. It was advertised through TikTok.

And the account page Marilou Finds on TikTok was suddenly deleted which is one of the links to get you to this website. Do not use this website.
