Start to Finish - Great Service
The communication I believe helped a great deal make this service standout - the ordering process was OK, the pictures were not the best to try and match styles.
However, once placed the order was clear, the delivery, the phone calls and follow ups have all been first class.
Would gladly use again in the future and thoroughly recommend

£60 delivery charge and had better deliveries for free
Recieved delivery od goods today and at £60 delivery for 22 noise breaker ceiling tiles at nearly £10 each im shocked.
The tiles were in a pallet in a white van so didn't get to see it the driver cut the original packaging and handed me the tiles in 2 batches. Not allowing me to review before driving off or getting my signature upon review the majority are marked, scratched or ripped. For the price paid especially the £60 for delivery i expect care and prestige delivery, but instead look as they they have been shipped straight from a building site for free.
I've contacted them for a refund or new tiles as the state they are in 5 are maybe unmarked and usable, though im.not holding my breath due to not having original packaging or pallet despite no fault of my own.
**update** After raising my issue they advised this was a delivery company they haven't used before which was fair. They swiftesly responded and happily refunded me the delivery charge and 10% of my order value as a gesture of goodwill. Though the delivery was problematic I cant speak more highly of the after care and support provided to give a suitable resolution.

Never having purchased ceiling tiles before, it was no surprise that I initially ordered the wrong ones — the size was correct, but the acoustic rating wasn’t suitable for a high-activity area.
When I contacted Ceiling UK for advice, they were incredibly quick to respond and immediately stepped in to help. They recommended the right tiles for our needs and arranged a credit for the unopened items without any hassle.
Throughout the exchange, they were highly responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly.

We sincerely apologise that you have not received the updates you should have had regarding your order. As one of the items on your order is a long lead time item, we would usually provide updates throughout the waiting period, so we are very sorry that this did not happen on this occasion.
I have also tried to call you a couple of times to discuss this with you directly, but unfortunately I have not been able to reach you.
On this occasion, we are able to expedite your order at no extra cost, however we would just need to confirm that someone will be available to accept the delivery.
Unfortunately, some items can be subject to longer lead times depending on supplier availability, but we completely appreciate that regular communication should still have been provided throughout. We’re very sorry this was not your experience.

I was kept informed on how my order was progressing at regular intervals prior to despatch, I was then informed when the order was being despatched and who the carrier was and when it would be delivered, all arrived well packed with no damage to any of the product, Excellent Service

Tiles and company are fine but delivery company let them down just dumping our tiles on another companys materials in loading bay only found them because the other companys lads asked if they was ours as they only ordered plasterboards

From day one of making an inquiry I have found the staff at Ceiling Tiles UK very helpful, extremely friendly, and professional for what was a small order for a commercial company of their size. What also pleased me, and is something that companies can fall down on, is how they perform when something does not go as planned which was the situation in my case by being supplied the incorrect tiles, caused by confusion at the quotation stage. The response I had was excellent by being fully apologetic and professional in doing everything to correct the situation. The Tiles were promptly swapped and the project was finished on time - Well done everyone at Ceiling Tiles UK.
I would certainly recommend them in the future and use them again should I need their services.
