Great company with brilliant aftersales support
I ordered two packs of ceiling tiles, and although DPD mishandled the delivery—losing the parcel, finding only half of it, and then delivering it incorrectly—this was not Granmore’s fault at all. I was extremely impressed with how they handled the situation. Their customer service team went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and professionally.
Everything is now sorted, I have the ceiling tiles (which are also far more competitively priced than anywhere else I found), and they fit and look great. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

I've only just placed the order so I don't have the product yet but I ordered as a result of some very good customer service - very rapid turn around on questions about a suitable product and several times more with tips on how I might fit them.

Suspended ceiling tiles
Gail who answered the telephone was pure positive energy and helpful. She was so connected to my vibration she not only went over and above with the service I received the first delivery last week. She got my order delivered on the day I purchased my second order online late morn. So so happy with the service. The product is bob on too.
