Terrible customer experience - no products received.
Do not waste your time buying from this company. They will take your money and not provide you with the product. We have been waiting for an inground netball ring since April of this year for my daughters birthday.
I have heard every excuse under the sun about why we still have not recieved the ring. I have been told it was dispatched more than four times and each time it has not turned up, I have been told that it was lost by the courier, that the courier damaged the label and that it was returned. I have even been accused of receiveing the ring and not telling them!
It has since been escalated up to their owner Garry Brown who then assured us it had been shipped after it came back into stock. It arrived today however it is missing the post. we now have two inground spigots (in two different colours) and a ring... it takes days to receive responses from them and there is no phone number available to call.
I am at my wits end and thinking of contacting ACA about the deplorable way we have been treated. If I could give a zero star i would.

I’m genuinely sorry that your experience with Cazna has reached this point. I completely understand your frustration, given how long you have been waiting for the complete netball system.
I would, however, like to clarify the current situation for anyone reading your review.
When your order was originally placed in April, we explained that a new model was being released and there would be a wait for the new stock, which you agreed to. During that period, I personally communicated with you and offered on several occasions to cancel the order and provide a full refund if you no longer wished to wait. We also provided a discount in recognition of the extended timeframe.
Regarding the latest delivery, the order was dispatched as multiple parcels. The courier has delivered one parcel, while the tracking information shows the remaining parcel is still in transit. I provided you with the tracking details and also included you in our correspondence with the freight company so you could see that we are actively investigating the outstanding delivery.
I certainly don't consider this matter resolved simply because part of the order has arrived. You ordered a complete netball system and our responsibility is to ensure you receive it.
We are currently awaiting a response from the freight company regarding the outstanding parcel and I will continue following this personally. If the carrier cannot complete the delivery, we will work with you on the appropriate resolution.
I sincerely apologise for the delays and frustration you have experienced, Natalee. Regardless of the circumstances that have contributed to them, this has clearly not been the experience we want a Cazna customer to have.
