I was hitting a wall on low energy. I needed help without a prescription. Rachel analyzed, laid out a diet that healed me and keeps me well. Along with herbal education and exercise.
I have taken a few courses from Rachel. She is passionate about sharing her wisdom in practical ways. She has current science that supports her methods. Yet more than that, thru her courses she invites you to step more deeply into your own Sovereignty and that is a True gift to receive.
As I reflect back now, I am not the same person who “ entered the room”… I am forever changed & will continue to grow with the knowledge I gained. As I continue to alchemize the knowledge into bone deep wisdom… my world for myself & others will blossom in ways that I don’t even know! I am curious!
