The delay in approval. After 3 days of being told my payment was returned and sending proof showing otherwise....finally told payment went through, completed IBV twice and still no final response on Payday loan over 6 + hours later and now it's Saturday night. Easy to just ignore....
I did my part efficiently, please do yourself.

Hands down there worst place to go the have 1 employee working on cheque day what a cheap company they take your money from your online banking and you wait a week to clear when it shows the money is gone I cannot stand the customer service they all are rude and ignorant

I did an online application that was easy and straight forward. Didn't ask for complicated paperwork or ID. It was was quick and easy. The loan amount was great just what I needed and the amount to pay back was affordable. You can also get e-transfer and also have the repayment taken directly from your account. The while process can be done comfortably from your own home. A Representative called me from the office to confirm my loan his name is Chris, he was very polite, professional, and let me know of all the details and what to expect. I recommend this business for all your loan needs.

My experience with the store representative was amazing and professional. She helped me with no complaints. The Online service was terrible. I waited for a response for over 2 hours and still nothing.I was not impressed how long it took to receive answer. Everything had to be done 2 and three times when I already did it in store.
