I clicked reapply and it didn't give me a chance to fully put in my banking info or any info for that matter before saying details denied and I don't think it's carefully evaluated ....
It didn't give me a chance to put any info , including updating banking info and it didn't give me 30 seconds to send the info that was needed before it said application denied .... how is this fair .... it's clearly not fair at all , if given more time to add the info before saying it's denied or anything at least give more just 30 seconds to have put in the info etc .....

The process now with plaid is too…difficult
The process now with plaid is too difficult to deal with. your system use to allow an auto sign in for banking. Now you need to upload statements on top of connecting. After 14 years of useing your company I will now be using other companies that are more user friendly for the future.
