Great customer service
Great customer service. I was kept posted on the delivery status of my car every month. Allana helped me make a few changes to the lease contract (increase mileage) without any issues. Would recommend and use again.

I had decided nearly a month ahead of…
I had decided nearly a month ahead of the delivery date to lease a MG4 from the leasing agent who could deliver it on the 9th June as my old MG4 lease was being collected on the 8th. I decided to go with Carwow Leasey because the confirmed they could deliver on the 9th and at a reasonable price and gave me the registration number so I could ensure I surance was aetup. Yet when it came to the delivery date, I was told a day or so prior they couldnt deliver due to their supplier not being able to register the car, as well as the cars registration won't be the same as I was told. The car was eventually delivered on the 11th.

Overall the experience was very good
Overall the experience was very good. The loss of one star was because their online system did not keep pace with updates if you called.
Team at the end of the line very good and the VW ID.4 arrived ahead of the target date.

Fantastic service
Max Gardner was so helpful throughout every step of the process, making everything really easy and clear. Not only did he arrange the car Id initially requested, he was able to assist me in making changes to the order further along without any problems. I couldn’t recommend him more highly for his excellent service and patience, as well as expertise in helping me find a great deal. Feeling let down.
I decided to use carwow for my new car lease. After placing the order I was advised the particular deal I had was no longer available. I received another deal more expensive but I understand this can happen. My deal was advertised as a stock car normally 4-5 week turnaround. However 4 months later I received the news my car was being delivered. Upon delivery the vehicle was dirty,driven 175 mile,damage to paintwork and items missing. I was advised by the dealer to accept and obtain quotations for the damage. I refused the vehicle and notified all participants. Considering my contract was with car wow. I expected them to find me another car immediately. Not the case it's now 4 days later and no communication except mine to them. Very disappointed I will locate another car myself . Bad news for me having to start again. Would I use carwow Leasy again No .

Exceptional price for my car
Exceptional price for my car. Good communication during the process, only flaw was dealership not being able to track the car once it had left the manufacturer and delivery date slipping a couple of times; otherwise great. Account Manager ( Ash Peterson) was superb throughout.

Appalling lack of communication - edited with improvements
Appalling lack of communication. Zero response to numerous email attempts. Do not return calls.
Update 17/06/26….several call and emails received since previous experiences. Missed out on the desired deal due to the delay, however Carwow Leasey (Joe and Alanah) have agreed to contact me as and when a similar deal arises.
I would look forward to updating this review to 5 stars in the near future once a deal has been agreed.

Great deal and well looked after
Our third lease car, and best experience yet. Selected a number of deals through different brokers, but Carwow provided competitive contracts with just the right level of engagement. Georgia guided us through the process so well, always on hand to field the queries, work through the options, keep us on track, and ensure the whole thing ran smoothly. Just excellent.
