Jamie Lowe was excellent in explaining how the lease process worked.The vehicle selection was made easy by his knowledge.
Vehicle was delayed twice from original dates but Jamie kept me updated on progress and when i explained i needed the vehicle by a certain date this was actioned

My first lease car so wasn't sure what to expect. The process was simple from start to finish. Hardest part was the wait for my new car. I was updated with an estimated delivery date every 2 weeks. Ralph Burbeck was my consultant and was easy to deal with and responded quickly. For someone that changes cars every 3 years I have to say this option was so much cheaper than PCP (and I have a brand new car). 5 stars from me.

I contacted Carwow Leasey via the website and was promptly contacted by Ralph. He walked me through all the options and was able to provide me with a shortlist of cars that matched my criteria. Every time I chopped and changed my mind (which I did frequently!) Ralph didn’t hesitate to send over clear concise emails with all the information I required. In the end I got a brilliant car for an amazing price. I contacted a LOT of leasing companies and Carwow Leasey were by far the cheapest. Delivery and transfer of vehicle was smooth. Would definitely recommend.

This is the first time I use Carwow leasey and the experience is phenomenal, no complicated finances check, no pushy selling, price is great and delivery is right on the agreed date.

Good communication, attempted to correct issues , but ultimately failed to deliver on all contracted commitments.
Car is great though..

The pricings were inaccurate and obviously significantly more expensive than advertised. The delivery dates were always estimated even close to the alleged delivery dates so avoiding any actual obligation. The delivery dates are repeatedly pushed back at short notice. A terrible experience I will not be using any carwow services ever again!
