Carpet Right always gives excellent service but on this occasion it has surpassed itself. Both Karen and Lee have been super efficient with caring conversations and eager to give me what I required in cost and product. I have had excellent communication and a speedy delivery date. The whole experience was great, from going into the store at Yeovil to having the carpet laid was all first class.
The people in the store were so helpful and it was a great relief as we didn't really know about measurements etc..tjen when the carpet fitters came they were so quick clean and tidy and did a fantastic job..it transformed my whole house. Would definitely use carpet right again and the fitters 10 out of 10 👍

Excellent service from start to finish. The instore staff know their stuff, and everyone is fully up to speed with each customer so if one staff member is away any of the staff can help you. They're also great on communication, letting you know what's happening.

The fitters were on time, tidy, polite and did an excellent job at fitting the carpet.

I popped in today looking to fit 2 bedrooms with carpet. I was served by Karen who helped me with two offcuts I bought for £100. Very pleased with the carpet and service. No messing about and within 2 hours of leaving home my lovely carpet was fitted and being used.

The Carpetright staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The carpet that we chose was of good quality reasonably priced. The carpet was installed within 11 days. installed within eleven days. The fitters did a very good job to a high standard and took just over 2 hrs only to complete the job which includes the hallway, stairs and landing plus the dining room. Again they were polite and friendly. based on the service experience that we have received I would most definitely use them again an would recommend them to anyone.

What a dreadful company happy to take your money arranged to have floor fitting and on 3 occasions they cancelled this n the third time apparently the fitter walked out( probably fed up,) my advice don't go near these Muppets

We got to the store at about 7:30pm, was intending on deciding a bathroom floor colour. They asked if we wanted help we declined, they left us to it… I can take a while to make a decision. Lovely and friendly once a decision was made even though it was nearly closing time. Went above and beyond to answer all questions as best they could and didn’t make us feel rushed.

The young female sales assistant was very efficient, knew her products, and was very helpful.
But zi was disappointed that the product I wanted was no longer available in 5m width. So unfortunately I had to buy almost twice the amount of carpet that I needed.

The team were amazing! Lovely lady in Glastonbury referred me to Simon in Yeovil who had more stock, he stayed open late a d help me load! Save us a real headache thanks vvv much.
