Be warned look at all the reviews for the Woking branch on google 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑Daryl sims branch manager he is a compulsive liar and a slippery snake , no end of problems from this individual, rubbish carpet, door bars fitted in my house that are not even sold in carpet right ?? Told me for monthes on end he was getting it sorted and kept telling me to come back after about 6 attempts trying to sort it out in the shop he then said he couldn’t do anything and offered me some damaged ones not acceptable at all , this man will be transferred to tapi carpets who have now brought carpet right stay away scum bag

CARPETWRONG NOT CARPETRIGHT. Bought a small piece of lino which went yellow after fitting. Both the store and customer services (or lack of services) continued to blame us for using the wrong glue, despite the fact that at no stage were we told this could possibly happen. Showed no interest in resolving the matter.

A smart showroom with excellent carpet was a great introduction to Carpetright in Woking. Then Peter shared expert advice and then left me time to peruse with my own thoughts. He recommended the measurements service as a way to reduce waste and booked me up. This was done very professionally and as is already expressed a carpet preference meant I had a ballpark visit immediately. I finalized the order and was then given a complementary underlay upgrade (thank you Peter!) Fitting is booked for a weeks time:)

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff members, draw back the computer system is slow and complicated, no wonder people go to the more Tapi carpets.

Quick and efficient on making the order and super quick on organising a fitter before I move into my new property. I just hope the fitting goes as well.

We didn’t feel things were properly explained to us when we were ordering it was very rushed. We were messed about multiple times regarding delivery. We were called and told it would be delivered Friday and that we could collect from the fitting hub in Farnborough on the Saturday but the fitting hub are closed Saturdays?! I then phoned the Woking store and they said they could divert the delivery to the Woking store and they would deliver Friday afternoon, I was skeptical so phoned Saturday morning to confirm the delivery was there, not sure, let me check and get back to you. No call back, had to call back AGAIN to be told that delivery was going to be on the Saturday after 12pm which has ruined my plans to install.

I've ordered laminate flooring and carpet on May 7th. After three weeks I was informed that the laminate I chose is out of stock and I had to wait 2 - 3 weeks for the delivery.
I was proposed to select another laminate flooring and spent half a day driving from London to Woking and back.
The store manager assured me that the selected laminate is in stock and will be delivered on time as it was agreed before - May 30. However, yesterday I received a call from another manager who informed me that there will be no delivery on May 30 because of a bank holiday. Well, according to him the bank holiday came out suddenly and nobody knew about it when I made this order three weeks ago.
The store managers are lying, pointing at each other and people in their warehouse. Poor management, lie and ignorance. That's the business card of Woking store managers.

Scott from your Woking branch has been superb from start to finish, he talked me through my options and helped me choose the right carpets. Also the fitter Claudio was polite and very professional and did an excellent job. 5 stars

I needed new stair and bedroom carpets and went to my local Carpet Right. I found most of the carpets to be overpriced and the sample I liked, a 100% polypropylene one and was supposedly £60 reduced to £30, looked cheap and was not very dense. That said, I picked out 4 others and ordered through their website. That was 4 weeks ago and still no samples. For a large shop, a limited selection of carpets too and mostly plain. Only 2 members of staff who didn't appear very knowledgeable or interested. So I went to a local independent shop where there were plenty of staff with superior knowledge and great service . The carpets were better priced, with a huge choice and far superior products for the money.

The girl that served us was very efficient and friendly. We didnt feel rushed or pressured. I can't think of a way it could gave been improved .

Polite, efficient and clear. Good communication. Measurer came when he said he would and rang in advance. He was respectful of my home. Got a fitting date much sooner than I expected.

Great service by Peter, tailored to my specific need of bed. Did have a glitch in the system but Peter & manager resolved it. Peter went above & beyond, he will be calling the delivery company to deliver quicker.
