I just visited Carpet Right in Naas.
I was served by Alan. I just wanted to say how charming and helpful he was.

Unprofessional Service

Yesterday few people came in two hours late (were supposed to come around 17:00, but came in at 19:00) to fit the carpet and ripped off the old carpet and said the new carpet is not enough for the steps and asked me to get in touch with the store manager Alan at Carperright ,Naas.

I tried reaching the Carpetright,Naas Store and looks like the store is closed today and until Sunday.
The Carpet fitter who came to fit and left unfinished is now not lifting the call, not replying to the Voice Messages, highly unprofessional.They have put staplers on the floor which is hurting when you walk up/down the stairs. We are expecting guests in the evening where some kids would be there. Looks like carpetright made a mess in my house.

I am so frustrated and totally unhappy with this kind of experience just before Christmas.

What can be done so that the issue gets resolved before 13:00 or lunch time today ?

Looks like Carpetright is about to spoil my Christmas. If no one comes to fix the Carpet today/tomorrow... Carpetright would be a Christmas spoiler and I will never ever recommend Carpetright.

I bought a carpet for my house from Carpetright,Naas. Initially the carpet for Bedrooms was fitted and the one for stairs hasn't been fitted as the right carpet was not sent from UK. There was a delay of around 3 weeks. I accepted this as mistakes do happen and we are just humans.

My husband and I wanted to book in a home visit before Christmas in order to get us measured up with the hope we could get something great in the January sales. Holly was amazing from the very start, she was personable and professional throughout and very prompt in getting back to us with detailed answers to our many requirements due to COVID-19. We weren’t originally planning on doing downstairs as well as upstairs but at the last minute asked Holly if we could add it and it was all sorted within the hour. Even though we can’t get the new flooring fitted until at least spring (our personal choice) it will all be kept aside for us and we can’t wait! If you have concerns about ordering due to shielding at the moment, it’s definitely worth enquiring about because much can be done.
