Great service. Not pushy, infact it was fantastic service. Answered our questions without hesitation. Very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend Llandudno Carpetright. So quick and easy to get quite and place the order. Happy with the price.

Plenty of choice and lots of price options, but it was the staff that made it for me, two great guys at the Llandudno shop so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very good first experience.

I went to Carpet right in Llandudno and was delighted how warm , friendly and approachable the staff were.One gentlemen in particular was fantastic from start to end with the process of pricing up a carpet ,measuring up and fitting ,his name was Grant ,he was amazing and impeccable customer service skills.When you have service like this it makes you want to use this company again.Thank you

The experience was a great success due to the sales assistant (manager) Tom. He was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to help me with my choice of carpet. I would definitely recommend him as a great asset to the company.

Excellent customer service from Emma and Tom. Friendly and helpful advice (with no 'hard-sell'), and Emma was very patient while we dithered about colours. We bought carpet for one room, and based on our positive experience we will be going back here to order for the rest of the house.

Although we have not had the new carpets fitted as yet, so far the experience has been very positive. Emma at the shop was extremely helpful and polite, and Ian the surveyor was very professional and helpful.

The experience of visiting carpet right was very good this being due to the staff member Emma she was supportive gave us time to look at the different samples and advised when asked. Emma was friendly professional and answered our questions. We did not feel rushed or pressurised in any way. Some good deals with a vast amount of samples displayed for us to view and make our choice.

Not had our laminate fitted yet, but the service from the Sales lady, and the Estimator were first class, having been in carpets for many years before retiring, I was pleasantly surprised by the " Non pushy " Sales lady, who let us do our thing, and was there when we needed info, Estimator was very good and explained things in detail, overall excellent, I would highly recommend, and yes I did buy!!

Called into the Llandudno branch and found the carpet and vinyl I was interested in for a bungalow I am looking at purchasing. Saw the sales advisor Emma who was very helpful took the time to price my requirements using the estate agents floor plan and providing me with a quotation. Highly recommend
