Very helpful at selecting the carpets suitable for our requirements. Very pleasant saleslady.

On Monday 8th July I visited the store and purchased a rug It was an excellent, friendly, customer focused experience. At my request, I was also given a quotation for a carpet. I went back on Wednesday 10th July and bought the carpet! My thanks to Jennifer for her professional advice and assistance with both of these purchases.

After looking around . The manageress came over and asked if she could help.after choosing a few different carpets the manager went out of her way and laid them down on different kinds of underlay to see what was more comfortable for my wife and I on our feet .Fantastic service will definitely shop there again for the stairs and bedroom in the near future

A fantastic choice of carpets and colours, at a range of prices. Money off always a bonus!

Kelly was inviting and very informative. We needed some carpet for my son’s room and needed a certain size. She found us the best deal, mixing quality and the customer needs.

Ordered and paid for carpet ( Harwich store) and arranged for it to be fitted today. Rang the store twice today to find out time of fitting, only to be told it had been cancelled. Not only was the fitting cancelled but no one at the store bothered to let me know. I have had several calls today with two members of staff at Harwich - Fanuay and Kelly - both trying their best to sort out the mess - ( manager unavailable) and now have fitting rearranged for tomorrow. I had taken today off work, and find it unbelievable that the staff could cancel a booking without informing the customer - total incompetence. This has to be the worst case of zero customer care I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend the Harwich store to anyone.
