Young man in the GX shop pleasant, helpful. I had details of the man coming to measure the staircase. Again pleasant helpful. Let me know that he was running late.

We have had great support from Thilakshi at the Gerrards Cross branch. The IT system kept going down and there were delays making the purchase however Thilakshi was very good at staying in touch and keeping us updated. The IT experience would have put us off making the purchase if we had not been so well looked after by Thilakshi.

The salesman who attended to me was extremely helpful, very patient and very knowledgeable. I would recommend carpetright in gerrards cross to all my friends because of his helpfulness.

I like the choice of carpets you have and the competitive prices. However, there are lots of extra charges after you've chosen your carpet and an inexplicable £18.75 "fitting service administration" charge, which is surely just part of your job.

Excellent service from Waseem . He has been extremely helpful and thorough and has come up with a very good overall cost for me. As things stand at the moment I’m delighted. The carpet has yet to be fitted, so hopefully that too will be excellent. Once fitted I will leave a comment about that part of the service too.

Waseem was very good at his job and was very knowledgable. He was approachable and friendly and willing to help. The Gerrards cross store was very nice as well.

I went to Carpet Right (Gerrards Cross) feeling a little bit confused of what Carpet I wanted. It wasn’t just one room needed. It was for several different bedrooms, as we have just completed a renovation. I did not know much about Carpet, and I felt a little bit overwhelmed. When I went into the store I met Karan, I explained my concerns and my lack of knowledge in regards to find any perfect Carpet. Karan was very reassuring that he will provide me with all the knowledge and was here to help me with any questions that I had. He showed me through different Carpets, explaining the difference between each material and also gave me the selection of different price points. He was not pushy in any sense. In fact, he allowed me to take home a few samples just so I can have a think about what I could envision in my new renovation. Once I pick the perfect Carpet, I went back into store to see him. He then spoke to me about getting a fitter to come home to measure up the areas. At any point I was in doubt or had any questions I could always ring Carpet Right and speak to him. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with and honestly made me feel very at ease. I am extremely happy with the quality, price and overall the customer service from Karan. He has been fantastic! I would strongly recommend him to anybody! I am looking forward to doing more renovations with him!

Charming service from Himms and really helpful with excellent prices.

The guy was very helpful and we placed an order. It was just unfortunate that the carpet was out of stock and we have to wait until at least the middle of June for delivery!!

Kuran looked after us so very well - it was a big order of carpets for 5 rooms - lots of measurements and detail, he was so patient and happy to help us achieve what we needed.
We still need carpet for a staircase and landing area so will be back to him when ready for it.

Whilst in the midst of decorating a bedroom we took the last minute decision to change the carpet! Himanshu was very helpful in directing me to a carpet that suited me, that was in stock and a fitter to complete the task all within my 7 day time frame. I thought I was asking the impossible but it seems that Carpetright can deliver the impossible. Thank you
