Dee was fantastic at the Edmonton branch

Excellent customer service from Dee at the Edmonton store.
I originally had my stairs measured for carpet around February time, after looking around at other carpet stores I came back to Carpetright and got some more samples and emailed for another quote.
From that point Dee from the Edmonton store arranged everything and was very helpful. Once I had decided on the carpet everything was quickly arranged via email with a date that suited me. There was no pressure to buy and 0% finance and a carpet fitter was easily arranged once I did decide to go ahead with the purchase. Seems like a reasonable price for stair carpet and fitting.

Arranging for a home visit by one of Carpetrights consultants was very easy and quick. The consultant was extremely helpful and after measuring up was able to provide a quick estimate. We later received a quote, which was very fair and slightly cheaper than other quotes we'd received. Having already veiwed the ratings on Trustpilot we decided to place our order. Very impressed with the service and information provided. Would definitely recommend.

This is regarding the Edmonton branch. It's been a triple whammy with failures: the carpet samples I ordered never arrived, then when I visited store to try to get some in person, it was closed despite being within advertised opening hours. When I emailed the branch about that, they bizarrely pretended they had been open. When I then replied to say they definitely weren't and that I'd sat in my car outside for half an hour, doing some emails, and seen a member of staff unlock to let someone out then lock up again (all within 'opening hours'), there was no response. However, their surveyor for measuring my house was pleasant and efficient and arrived on schedule. He said the survey quote would be sent by the branch, but it never arrived. So it's been a catalogue of failures to get my business at all and I've gone elsewhere.

The Sales consultant was very helpful, friendly, informative and knowleagble

We needed a carpet fitted quick and on a specific date. The sales assistant from the Edmonton branch arranged everything as seamless as possible. We even received a follow up call the day before to assure us the fitters were still on schedule.

On the day, the guys laid the carpet quickly and efficiently. A job well done!

Excellent service and polite helpful staff

Very approachable and friendly staff (especially Gurpaal) who assisted us in choosing our carpet replacement over several visits. The whole process went smoothly and our preference were fully accommodated at a good price too. The Fitters sent to complete the fitting were excellent too and left the areas clean and tidy, taking away all the unwanted cutoffs etc.
