Excellent service in the store and from the assessor who came out to measure up and make the final arrangements

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff to help us chose the right carpets and a quick measurement appointment.

Very happy with the service provided by Ibby his knowledge was fantastic which made it very easy to purchase the right flooring for my self.

We spent a fortune on carpets from Carpetright but were told it would definitely not be in stock until 11th November and delivery date for immediate delivery would be arranged on that day as long as we were happy to pay £30.00 cash. They then called on 3rd November to say the carpet was now already in warehouse. I hav ebeen trying ever since then to contact them to arrange a delivery date but despite six attempts at calling and leaving three voice messages they will not return call or arrange a date. If they refuse to talk to us we will not have the carpets delivered in time for the fitters despite three weeks' notice. Carpetright are very happy to take your money in advance but rest of service is appalling.

I visited the branch in Didcot. The guy who served me I can’t remember his name now but he was excellent! Possibly Richmond? He made sure he communicated with me and even got the measuring done the same day! You have certainly gained a loyal customer until he’s there :)
