100% recommend
100% recommend; polite helpful knowledgeable - Mike pulled a survey out of the bag in 24hours when there wasn't space! Survey to order paid for in 48hours. Very happy with the service and will recommend whenever we can!

Ended up at carpetright Chippenham to look at laminate flooring, was gonna go to B&q next door but the staff in carpetright Chippenham were amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable and I have to say they went above and beyond for me so thank you, I can't remember the ladies name but she had a Scottish accent and the man that served me was Steve, jolly old boy who was brilliant, if only all shops had staff like carpetright in Chippenham, all I can say is thank you, ended up spending 700 quid on flooring in there and the quality looks good, I know what I will be doing next weekend.

We went to Carpetright in Chippenham and we were served by Kayleigh, she was friendly and tolerant of my noisy toddler trying to climb onto the desk and even other elevated surface! We found exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately due to our renovation project timings we had to cancel the order and a true test of customer service is always when you need to return or cancel something. The gentleman I spoke to was quick, courteous and helpful. So all in all a positive experience. Thank you.

Basic error.
The carpet on the order was the wrong one, luckily we noticed it early on when reviewing the order.
But was quickly changed to the correct one when we pointed it out.
