I was very pleased at the service given by Christian at the Cambridge store. He instantly pointed out offers on what I was interested in and went out of his way. He gave me two quotes on carpet and wooden look flooring which was so helpful. At only a small price difference I opted for the wooden flooring which was my top choice and he then gave me an extra discount. All in all lovely shop, lovely choices and such helpful staff.

Useless, ordered several samples been into the store, paid a deposit, and waited for in-house measurement. Called up when chap didn't turn up and turns out the store closure which has been on the cards for for a year+ has caused it to cease trading with immediate effect. So I should be told about getting my deposit back in the next few days apperently. Really poor business on their part to be taking and not completing orders like that, with poor communication too.

Shame because the staff in-store were very good.

Staff at Bangor were very helpful in selecting our carpet. We arranged for measurement at our home.

We also wanted a bed, and Bangor recommended we visit your Chester branch, as Bangor didn't have the exact bed on display that we wanted to try. We went to Chester, tried it out, and ordered it. So far so good!

It then turned out when we were at the Chester branch, that they had exactly the same carpet on sale as Bangor, but at 20% lower price! Bangor would not match this price. As Bangor had already measured up, we understood that we had no choice but to proceed through Bangor at the higher price. We think Bangor should have price-matched.

Good service inn the shop when choosing the carpet and samples arrived when needed. Measuring and order done on a Sunday which was unexpected and all completed in a short time frame. I hope the delivery and fitting go as well.

Excellent service at always in the Bangor Branch

We had the most fantastic service by “Ryan” from the Bangor store North Wales. My husband and myself were looking for flooring for our bathroom. Without approaching us straight away, Ryan gave us time to look around and then came to us which I really appreciated. Helped us out with our measurements and placed the order. Also, Ryan was there when we collected and he carried the very heavy boxes to the car. 10 out of 10 for Ryan. Diolch. Thank you.

Lovely friendly staff and an excellent range of goods. The paperwork is a slow process though and an (understandable) shortage of fitters makes for a long wait for new carpets.

Service we recieved was excellent, Dion was so helpful, polite and professional.
