Excellent customer service, Iain was very helpful and was fantastic with the kids. He gave me space and time to make my choices while giving me great practical advice when I needed it. The whole process was very easy.

Have used Carpet right many times and pleased with quality of products and service. Bought carpets from Ayr store and staff very helpful.

Chris went above and beyond for my mum. Nothing was a bother. His customer service was excellent. We will definitely be back for more carpets soon.

We were very happy with the service and Ian was very informative he answered all our questions and never tried to over sell your products we are all sorted no problem

1st time in ayr shop greeted by Chris as we walked in and asked if we need any assistance just ask . Looking for 2 carpets one for stairs and other for living room . Ordered up staircase one yesterday will be notified as soon as possible to collect . Only downside charge for delivery but hey it is what it is .
We will return for living room carpet when required might be few weeks away yet as getting lot other work done in house .
Ps will also only be getting it if sales on and some discount could be applied lol.

Can’t fault the experience we had at Ayr carpet right. Wish I got his name as he was very good at his job talked us through every detail and made the whole experience very pleasant will be going there from now on to replace all our flooring great service.

Everything was handled so well from start to finish

We were greeted on arrival in the store and we explained that we were looking for a stair carpet
we were asked all the relevant questions and shown to the type of carpet we wanted every thing was explained
fitting underlay etc the manager was very helpful we explained that we had our own fitter we were given a price for the carpet we returned the next day with the measurements and ordered the carpet excellent service very helpful

The salesman we had was very pleasant, friendly, informative and helpful. However, the one disappointment was the cost of carpet fitting which is an absolute disgrace.
