Very bad experience very rude people who work there very bad cars they work for month then the trasmition blows on you nothing you can do just to pay the car it happened to myself and a friend you put a down payment wich you don't see it in the payment slip I do not recommend this place ....

It's the worst experience....we buy a nightmare..The car broke a moth after...I wasn't able to travel outside of the City..The loan people are rude .... They call you after one. Day late!!!!We pay $27000.we the finance charges....And when we finish paying for it the car when to the junk yard, complete lost on us...

False promises

Customer service threaten you if u late to make the montly payments, and interest is so high doesn't matter if u have good or bad credit, they don't even check the credit and they don't report the credit to the companies

I bought a car from here back in March 2008 and haven't been back since. I do not not know why I'm getting emails to review a recent purchase I haven't made. Also, buyer beware, they do not send credit information unless you are delinquent. Traded in the car I bought from here a few years ago at a Nissan dealership and they showed no credit history of any sort for the car purchased at Car Outlet, forcing me to have a co-signer even tho I physically had the title of the car on me (it was completely paid off) because besides the car I didn't have credit- I didn't believe in using credit cards as I saw my family struggle with such. Put me in a rough position in which I am smarter now to never be in. The dealership themselves was ok, but the rest of the experience wasn't. Please do not contact me anymore as my purchase was 9 years ago now.

The seller was to pushy she tells you that that's the best offer and I ended with a lemon car is always breaking down I tried to return it after 1 month and they refused

If I could give this car dealer a -5 I would. Total rip off!! Gave me a effed up Armada. Took it right back to them.

Dealership experience was ok but the financing department is horrible. The ladies are rude and if you have an issue good luck trying to talk to the manager, I don't think he/she excist and they do excist they don't want to deal with you. Very unprofessional all around.

You are only looking out for yourself. You don't care about the customer. Never going to shop with you again.

Bad customer service high interest rate

I didn't have an honest experience. These people are liars, thieves, and rip off artists. I know you're not supposed to trust car sales man and even more so used car salesmen, but these people are the lowest scum there is. So do not buy anything from these dirtbags. You'll find a better deal and better service down the street.

We have purchased two cars and have had nothing but terrible experience. The sales people are pushy, the prices are high and the vehicles are terrible. Both cars that I bought needed service within a month. For what I paid I could have bought a car elsewhere brand new. I would never make that mistake again

I don't like the way the sales people make one feel pressured into buying a car and then the people from total finance which I know it's affiliated with car outlet they are absolutely rude and call you about 30 times a day I just cannot do business with car outlet anymore.

If u have an ok credit they will give u the highest interest ...they will make u get there insurance and once your finish paying the vehicle it took 3 months to give the tittle ...never buying there again

They steal your money. They give you high interest rates. They will approve anyone with bad credit or no credit so these people fall for it and you get stuck paying all this money for their cheap cars. They look nice but there is always something wrong with them! NEVER GO TO CAR OUTLET
