All the staff was really helpful, specially karina and mark, they worked with me and made sure I was comfortable and they had an answer to all my questions

We would wothout a doubt recommend Car Outlet to our friends. They really worked with us to have the monthly payment we could afford. They made the process as simple as possible. There were a few minor issues with some features not working properly and we were referred to Car Outlet’s mechanic to be fixed at no additional charge. It’s really great service like this that will keep us coming back to Car Outlet for our next purchase and send friends to them as well.

My experience was great! The sales rep. Leo and Alfonzo were awesome people to work with. They took me step by step with my purchase, explained everything to me and showed patience. Just my over all experience was awesome. Even the finance rep. was awesome. My overall experience was awesome. I would recommend family and friends. Thanks for the help that was given to me.

I like my car granted it was my only option but it smelled like a cat the tire was low and there was absolutely no gas and a dead battery...considering they filled my friends gas tank upon purchase and all the money i spent you think they would offer a complementary airfreshner and at least a quarter tank of gas. At least my tire got filled and my battery was recharged.

Por que te dicen algo y no es lo que te escriben en el contrato te cojen de bobo los intererese son super alto chequen que te lo dan sin traiding y después te lo cobran en el costo final yo no lo recomiendo estoy a punto de devolver mi compra y ir al estado a poner una querella no sirven

The car sales man lied we were basically told what car we would get or nothing and a week later the catalyst converter has to be replaced check engine light came on and battery is bad. Now I am expected to pay 50 for service. BBB will be notified
