If you are looking for an easy stress free vehicle purchase I would definitely recommend you avoid this place. I purchased a Nissan quashqai reg VF16 MFX from them on the 24th of May via Zuto. I was then told after purchasing that the car needed an mot and wouldn’t be ready until the following Wednesday, Wednesday came and I was told I would need to wait as the car needed a part I told them the very latest I could collect the car would be Friday as I had work commitments and needed to sort during my annual leave to which they agreed. Friday came and the car still wasn’t ready I advised the dealer I would need to cancel the purchase as I could no longer collect. He agreed to deliver the car, fast forward to 4th June the car was finally ready when he arrived with the vehicle it was not as described the colour was different and it was covered in dints and scratches none of which had been disclosed to me when purchasing or in his auto trader ad so I had to refuse it.I am now stuck waiting for him to return funds to the finance company before I can get another vehicle.
