Carelink helped me to link my Mums replacement smoke detector to the system. I was guided through the procedure by a very patient member of staff. Carelink give a fantastic service, put my mind at rest knowing my Mum could get assistance, should she need it. The cost is well worth the money. I'm very happy.

Awful service, paid extra for the fall detecion, it didn't work, pushing the button didn't work, 6 emails and three phone calls later they agreed to a refund, four weeks later no refund, then they processed to the wrong account, terrible service, steer clear

they were very helpful on the phone and the system for setting up was easy.

Though at the time I was arranging the order, my hearing was very poor through a sudden hearing loss, which is slowly improving, everyone I had contact with was very helpful. Today we went live with the help of my cousin and he had to call you as well but managed to resolve the problem we had.

There was many problems on receipt of replacement box which was faulty. However a further replacement was sent with out delay and all went smoothly and security was again on board. The engineer was informative and supportive. Although there wasn't any alarm support for a few days, everything went well at the end

The service was very good. The unit arrived the next day. The telephone conversation with the staff was very good, polite and helpful. We now have the unit set up and able to get help when we need it. The service so far is very good.

Wonderful to talk to someone on the phone when purchasing the device. So relevant questions can be asked.

I like the paper form I had to fill out. The computer equivalent took me a long time and did not work for me. The electronic version was easy to start with but too long and misfired in transmission.

Had to return parcels. Still chasing my money paid out for inappropriate and recorded delivery returned equipment.

Asked for email confirmation that Barclaycard had been credited amount.

Still no sign of this despite a lot of 📞reminders.

Really easy to purchase and set up personal monitor

The agent I spoke to was very patient with me I as I have parkinsons and hard of hearing as had a build of wax but I do think they need training on there routers I was told on ordering the the router would work on Internet land line I was told by 3 different agents it would on thinking about it it only worked on analalog as I am ex telecom engineer I googled it found there was different router I spoke to another agent who was better trained he sent a another router as it was Saturday I don't expect it till Monday but it came Sunday on connecting it fired straight up I tested it got reply straight away the girl was very helpful helpful staff but they need some training on the new technology

I have found my expereince with Carelink24 to be very distressing. My mother passed away earlier in April and I have been notifying all companies with direct debits in place. When I called Carelink they immediately started pressing for the return of their equipment, quoting contract terms and stressing this needed to be dealt with immediately. When I explained I wasn't aware of any equipment related to Carelink service I was advised I should go to the hospital or morgue to find the emergency button that was likely around my mother's neck when she died. I couldn't beleive what I was hearing. I have now received an invoice from this company. My mother died only 3 weeks ago. Just all very distressing

The company was easy to deal with to order and set up the system and the items arrived in two days. I order the fall pendant and wanted the wrist strap, but there is no way to stipulate this on the order so it came with the neck pendant. This is not convenient to wear in bed so I had it changed for a wrist strap later.

The experience of setting up the system was very good, but how it will work when I have fall I am yet to find out.

The device arrived quickly, the instructions were clear and all of the staff who helped with set-up were lovely and very helpful
