Excellent service from the very first call. Everything explained in full detail. All questions answered, nothing too much trouble. First dealt with Drew who was very patient with all my questions and 'what ifs'. Spoke with my Mum who was happy to go ahead. Called back and spoke with Harry who was very polite efficient and helped guide me through the contract process. Awaiting delivery tomorrow ready to set up. We ordered a key-safe on Friday, 09/02 which arrived promptly the next day, Saturday, but was obviously a second-hand used key-safe as had no box/packaging and no manual. Telephoned Carelink on Monday,12/02 and then emailed photos which Maranda advised she would pass to her line-manager. On Tuesday, re-contacted Maranda who emailed the same response so on Wednesday 14/02, as had heard nothing from the 'line-manager, I rang as we needed key-safe urgently for my son's Carers. Spoke to Kiera, who refused to give me the name or email for the line manager (why??) but then took advice and sent a replacement (NEW) key-safe which arrived on 15/02 - a week later than original order date. Unhelpfully it was sent to my son's address unlike the original one which I had sent to my address as my son is only able to answer the door with very great difficulty.
This has been a disappointing experience: Carelink employees seem to worry more about protecting colleagues than giving customers a decent service. and do not put their brains in gear re addresses, etc.

Quick delivery of the product, a couple of teething problems whereby the unit kept raising the alarm. New replacement pendant was quickly replaced. Still a problem, complete new alarm unit sent through quickly and now no problems. All staff we spoke to where friendly and efficient.

Carelink sales very helpful, answered all my questions. Alarm arrived day after and call team helped us to set up for mum. Definitely recommend

My wife and I have only being using this service for two weeks and my wife has made several false calls whilst wearing the button on her wrist, she now has it as a necklace but the polite response we get from the call centre is exceptional, I'm assuming we are not the only ones doing it, but it must be annoying for them.

From the first contact when I ordered by phone to the 4 x testing the system everyone I spoke to was really nice. The set up process was easy and the overall experience left me very satisfied. I am comforted that my 89 tear old mum is much safer in her home.

My father-in-law and mother-in-law have used Carelink24 for approximately 4 years. The service on the whole has been very good. When the father-in-law died we kept the conract and equipment for the mother-in-law. The change over was easy and the service was great. She is now in a home unfortunately. We would recommend this firm.

Since having a Carelink alarm at my parents’ home, I have had peace of mind that if they have a medical emergency, I will be contacted and can go and help them. When my father fell in the garden and broke his hip, Carelink called me to say that he’d pushed his alarm and was not responding. Once at my parents house, I stayed in the garden with my father, while my mother was talking to Carelink, who reassured her whilst they called an ambulance for my father. Now my mother is on her own, I know she can call for help if need be, as she can push her alarm. My mother is elderly and has a brain tumour. When her phone system was updated to digital, Carelink were very helpful in advising me about an alarm base which will work in a power outage and suits the new digital system. I have ordered one today, and again feel that my mother is being looked after when she needs help. Thank you Carelink 24!

Good professional experience, easy to set up, nothing too much trouble when asked something. I only cancelled my service because I no longer need it. I would recommend this company for anyone who lives alone.

Adviser on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave a very good explanation of how the alarm system works and of the different types of systems available. The alarm itself was very easy to set up and to test.

The first carelink box you sent didn’t work and I wouldn’t connect with the pendant. Another box came yesterday and still won’t work with the pendant so waiting for a new pendant to arrive. My mum really needs this to be working!

My elderly aunt had only had the alarm for 2 days when she fell. Instant response. Carelink24 called paramedics and she was taken to hospital. Also phoned my brother and myself to inform us of situation, as we live a long way from her. First impressions very good
