I was soon sent a list of appropriate care homes which was very helpful. I was soon connected to a very good home and I am very grateful.
Staff were very helpful too.

Provided a list of local care homes which matched my criteria giving approximate fees and distance from my location. Finding a care home is a difficult time consuming process and this type of guidance is a great basis to start from.

Parklands care home in bloxwich it's a lovely place to come and live the staff am really helpful they look after ya and the residents the food excellent can have a stroll round the gardens when it's warmer I'll give park lands 100%

I had a full discussion about my mother’s needs, financial situation etc which enabled Gemma to give me a good shortlist of care homes to visit.

I found the website very helpful with sufficient detail to shortlist homes that fitted our criteria to visit. The phone call was extremely helpful in assisting me to prioritise the areas of need to focus on and was friendly and understanding at what is stressful time.

I wrote a great review for a member of staff which I meant every word (then) The same staff member phoned me today 17/4/26 to basically tell me they can't help me anymore as I never took up any of the referrals given, but they were emailed telling them I have to put things on hold, as I had just received a phone call from my Mother's doctor in England and it was NOT very good news, I am very disappointed in this as they are basically telling me, my Mother is of no importance. They have really NO idea what I'm dealing with or going through. I will NEVER try them again. No One or Anything is more IMPORTANT than my Mother.

Thank you for your help. Mum is moving in to one of the care homes on your shortlist on Monday.

While the website provides some good information about Carehomes it has become pretty obvious that many reviews are fake!
It seems little or no action is taken when to verify or vet the positive 5 star reviews.

Gemma was so helpful and understanding. She listened really carefully to my needs and came up with much helpful advice as well as putting me in touch with care homes for my husband near where I live. Thank you.

This where I began the search for a care home for my wife. I used it twice having changed the criteria.
It's good to have a range of options in your area along with the basic data including costs.

Really friendly and helpful.
The recommendations offered were good.
We managed to visit 3 of the homes on our shortlist and had correspondence from 2 others. The only thing I did find not quite accurate was the pricing of the homes. Maybe the advertisements were a little out of date. Maybe something to check going forward.
