Uploaded my card on their website. Decided to remove it and delete the account. I went to the store today and they told me it had zero balance on it. So they basically took my gift card and used it without my consent. Iam absolutely furious. Fraudulently using my card. I want my money back. Thieves

Does what it says. I've managed to buy a few gift cards for a lot lesser than other places. They also bought my gift card from earlier for a decent price. I'd recommend to anyone who wishes to use this.

I was a bit hesitant giving away my £120 Argos gift card number and pin to sell on Cardyard, but was very easy to see on my account when it had been purchased and when to expect the money (just over £100) - which arrived on the date given.

This is my first experience buying gift cards from card yard and the process was simple and fast.

I bought two £50 Playstation gift cards as it had the best discount currently than anywhere else. I received the codes instantly after the purchase was completed and both codes were sent to my email address. I’ve redeemed both successfully.

The process was fast and I’d highly recommend this company.

Excellent website, wish I'd discovered it ages ago! Wanted to sell a £25 apple gift card which i did without any trouble, you have to wait for a three week period to get your money so they can be sure no one is scamming with dodgy gift cards. This gives me confidence that if I ever decide to buy on there I won't be ripped off. The service change worked out to just over £4 which is reasonable and the rest was paid into my bank account right on schedule.

I sold a card on card yards website, which has been sold and used already. However they are stating I will need to wait 2 weeks before payment is issued to verify there is not a problem with the card. This of course is after chatting with their agent who informed the card has been bought and used. Attempting to speak to an agent after being told this has been impossible the company has stopped responding and just gone silent. I just want it make sense if the card has been sold and used what checks are now being done?

It’s fine until it’s not.

I had bought without issue from cardyard before but this time the Amazon gift card had already been used and instead of sending a replacement cardyard refunded without telling me.

The chat support is not live and when they finally respond they don’t reply to subsequent messages so you have to start a new chats over and over wasting an inordinate amount of time.

To make matters worse the support is slow and verging on rude in particular the owner who sends irrelevant template responses which wastes even more time.

I fully understand how the service works and that it is after market so some cards will have issues but the processes and communication are not fit for purpose.

I tried for over a week to buy a replacement Amazon card from them only to find that they had suspended my account - utter madness treating loyal customers like this.

I fully expect a silly unhelpful and defensive response from the owner to this review which will confirm the observations above.

Cardyard have banned me and won’t unban me unless I remove my 1 star review, I am sorry but it was an honest review and won’t be removing my personal experience with you, I would rather boycott them.

I received an email from Mike asking me to remove the review, it makes me wonder how many other reviewers have caved into these bully tactics!

Always great service from this business. Cards usually arrive virtually instantaneously by email. Last week, after years of flawless transactions, for the first time a gift card I purchased turned out to have been already used. I emailed Cardyard and they refunded me within an hour. I always say you should judge a business by how they handle things when something goes wrong, and Cardyard could not have handled that any better.

Would absolutely recommend.

The cheapest place to buy giftcards in UK.
The only downside is that cards are not always available but it's a exchange rather than shop so fine with me.
I've bought like 30 cards there and no issues, sold 1 surprisingly quick too.
