Got back from 2 weeks holiday and had a flat battery, spoke to the attendant on the intercom and came over within minutes to get us back on the road ,cheers guys excellent service 👍

Miah81 taxi was amazing with me and my family, Service perfect with my wife

Sitting in the bar & kitchen watching staff helping themselves to customers food whilst delivering meals to tables.. shocking!

Cardiff is a lovely airport. Stress free relaxing. After travelling from other UK airports Cardiff is my airport of choice. It’s clean a lovely start to holiday and stress free when you return. It would be lovely if Jet2 would use this airport.

Really fast and smooth check in & security, good facilities and friendly people

Only flight arriving at CWL at 16.10 on Sat 28 June. As has happened before, long delays waiting for luggage. There is really no excuse for this happening time and again. The bags were due on belt B ; then changed to belt A. I cannot imagine what things are like when 2 or more flights arrive at the same time.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all staff at this airport, my first time travelling after recovering from cancer. I was so worried about having to take my wig off to go through security, but from check In right the way through to boarding everyone was so helpful and kind and put me at ease.

Check in was awful, the clerk didn't give me a paper boarding pass so after walking upstairs I was told to go back down and get one, then go back up again. Miles of walking and queuing before getting to duty free area. The walk to the aircraft was OK but then we were queued in the tunnel for about 20 minutes to board.
On return the walk from disembarking to baggage reclaim was diabolical, we walked miles and as the lifts weren't working had to walk up 5 flights of stairs, through miles of corridor, then down 5 flights of stairs, more corridors and finally passport control. We then had an hour wait for luggage even though our plane was the only arrival.
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING AIRPORT DESPITE ALL THE MONEY RECENTLY SPENT ON IT !

Can't fault anything. The most stress-free flight I have ever had. Everything was efficient and done well, including parking, check-in, and luggage staff. It was the first time I had flown from Cardiff, but it definitely will not be the last. Fantastic

I booked for assistant, a young lad took my case and wheeled it over to be checked in. The case didn't need assistance I DID. I was left to stand ,so I sat on the belt.I DID tell the them I couldn't stand for long periods. When my case was assisted on to the belt I was asking could I find my way to the gate. Well I suppose after he had done his job and assisted my case I was now to be left,OR WALK ME To ThE gate. I was by now so unhappy I just wanted to find a seat and calm down.

Only one flight coming in but took over an hour to get our cases off !!!!!

We are travelling today from Spain to Ireland through Cardiff airport. First times in Wales.
In general we have nice impression from people and services in airport.
Until we're starting to boarding to the plane on Ryanair flight to Dublin.
Our flight was delayed for one hour and instead of any excuses we got really humiliation action from one of staff members. Her name is Karen and she present herself as registration desk manager.
We're travelling with same travel back for last five years and always pay priority service. Never has problem with bag sizes even same morning when we've came from Spain.
But manager Karen decided to insert our travel bag into Ryanair size requerment metal box.
The wheels on our bag are half inch longer and didn't coming to the metal box ( but perfectly putting into baggage space above the seat in the plane)
She was very exited when seen this and send and to the cashier to pay £75 fine. When we tried to discuss this situation with her, she straight away explain us if we're not pay we're missing our flight.
We're really regret that left Welsh airport with bad experience and of service. Some staff members don't aware that they're presant Welsh airport and make bad reputation.

I have flown 2 from Cardiff in past 3 months and was very disappointed indeed with the organisation which was a total shambles.The first time there were only 6 flights departing all day but somehow they managed to spill fuel when refuelling ensuring a 1.5 hour delay.On return took over an hour at security and get luggage when only 1 flight there.The second time the flight coming from Cardiff had to divert to Bristol to pick up cabin crew as they were understaffed ensuring 2 hours late and then an hour to wait for luggage.
Who is running this airport??Totally diabolical and disgraceful.

Booked premium parking from 19/11/24 to 26/11/24 arriving back at11.30pm heavy rain drove to barriers number plate not recognized took nearly half an hour to get out got soaked in and out of car trying to get help eventually managed to speak to someone to open barrier very poor service would never book again number plate recognition not up to standard needs updating never worth the price considering the inconvenience when you jest want to get home should have a desk at entrance no wonder the airport loses money better driving to Bristol

Im a disabled guy went on holiday but the s,a,p did not help my husband & i why do they even call them selfs s,a,p if they dont help useless my husband did it all as they left us

Drop off at Cardiff airport is a disgrace as I was there for 3 minutes and they charged me £3 drop off should be free it's not like I was parking the car and going into the airport.a total disgrace

We were surprised to find that there was no direct bus service from the centre of Cardiff to the airport. That must go down as a first. Do not pay for the use of the executive lounge. You are required to sit at a designated table, where you are allowed two alcoholic drinks and snacks.
As stated the baggage reclaim system does not work.
I can see why folk do not use this airport.

Took longer to get my suitcase than my flight… try employing staff that done look like that smoke crack
Absolutely shocking would highly advise people to use bristol… you cant put a price on the mind numbing ordeal you will have

We flew from Cardiff, we only live a few miles from the airport, but this was our first time. I was really impressed by the modern airport and the amazing service, they are trying super hard. There is not a big selection of clothes shops etc as in bigger, busier airports, but the duty free staff were super friendly and there was a good selection. There is a nice pub, a shop, phone chargers in the seats and a free water refil within departures which is great. From landing we had collected our bags and were outside the airport in about 1/2 an hour…. Amazing!! I just wish there were more long haul holidays and a bit more choice of destinations … I hope this will come with time. Keep up the good work!

Airport not bad but the ground crew are a total disgrace. Took them 20 mins to get a ladder to the plane so we could get off and then 1/2 hr and counting to get our bags 50 yards from the plane to the baggage hall. Swissport at Cardiff are complete garbage.

But to put a more positive spin on things everything about the trip home from Alicante to Cardiff (except Cardiff Airport ground crew) was fantastic. Vueling airline was superb, clean, efficient, friendly, on time. Good airline👍
