Made to feel like a piece of crap on someones shoe..

The woman I spoke to was very judgemental about my finances. Not only did I try to make it so I could actually afford to pay back, I gave explanations as to my current situation and was told I could not to do this at all and I was told how it was to be done. Furthermore I have not received any email in regards to the phonecall I had so no information has been communicated to myself. Not a good first Impression and made to feel like crap. The woman on the other end of the phone did not offer any help and just a generalised rude person

Con-artists.

Got an a letter from these con artists out of the blue for an alleged contract I had with EE. Never been with EE and if I did owe some money to someone, I'm sure I would have heard about it before some two-bit back alley operation like this got hold of my details.

Absolute chancers hoping people will pay them money they don't owe to avoid hassle.

The website and all means of communication are closed down for this group. They were erroneously instructed to chase a 'debt' that had been paid off. They evidently do not communicate with their contractors

They are are scam artist with unprofessional call centre operatives.....they use delay tactics to keep you on the line properly too to charge the call to make money

Been told i owe a debt from 2001

Been told i owe a debt from 2001 , not had any contact about this except for now , apperently its from a catalogue, which wa all paid off when i left it. so 23 yrs later they are trying to get over £120 from me. there is no way i owe them money. If i did why did the catalogue not ask for it sooner

They have sent a letter to my…

These onanists have sent a letter to my address for a person who does not or ever has lived here, furthermore I have no knowledge of named person.
They do not answer phone yet says open Saturdays.
There is no e mail address.
I cannot communicate on the portal as I have no account with these mooncalves.
Letter has gone back in post "not at this address".
Please God do not let them send anyone to my door for further harassment.

Fictitious debts for a free payday

Capquest sent a very vague but threatening letter for a debt I've never owed. I rang the company they say I owed money to and I have never defaulted on a payment. Fishing for money from fictitious debts - a quick Google search demonstrates they like a free payday at unsuspecting victims expense. An absolute scam, and at Christmas time none the less!!!

Regarding my experience with Capquest

So far Customer Services have been very helpful over the phone with my case. However I’m having problems registering my account with creating passwords even with the criteria requested and have still not heard back or got a response from Capquest about this email.
