Parked in covered parking. Vehicle safe from weather and any other issues. Staff extremely helpful.
Arrived after midnight back into the Denver area...called for shuttle. Unfortunately it was full. Was reimbursed for going over check out time. Thank you 😊
Frequently used parking area for travel from DIA.

Getting out late at night the email code to get out of the gate would not work. Attempted not only several times but moved to another gate. Had to call at 12:45am with the hope someone would answer the phone so they could let us out.

Everything except the cost was exceptional

The potholes in your parking lot are terrible.

We waited about 26 minutes to be picked up at 1:00 in the morning. The other parking shuttles went by at least twice as we waited. And I did call for a pickup.

A very good experience with a helpful driver

So easy to pull up scan your QR code, gate opens, you park and within minutes you are off to the airport. Back home dropped right off at our car, left, got to the gate, scanned the QR and the gate went up and we were on our way home. It couldn’t be easier!!

Everything about parking at Canopy on this trip was just right. Very prompt pickup. Polite, helpful drivers. Easy drive

It was quick. This time we used undercover parking because of potential storms that come through during the summer months. Everything went smooth and I was on my way home shortly after I got to my car. Thanks

Parking reservation was easy. Arrival was efficient. Only problem is that we had to wait for a long time at the airport upon our return to denver as it too a long time for the shuttle to come do a pick up and then when they did they didn’t have room for everyone. Pick up of our car was great as it was pulled up and ready for us.

We waited in the 90+ heat in a long line for well over 25 minutes. I felt sorry for those who didn’t make it on the bus. Your parking lot is full of pot holes and weeds. You clearly aren’t maintaining your business. We have parked here for years. This will be our last time.

We had a great experience leaving and returning with Canopy. Shuttle was waiting for us when we parked. And the best part was a shuttle pulled up at midnight just as we were walking up to the island outside yhr airport. We couldn’t have been happier.

The best part about Canopy is the people! I have used them many times and have yet to have a driver that wasn’t friendly and efficient.

I’ve used Canopy parking many times and had good experiences every time. On my latest trip I used the prepaid reservation option. I had used a coupon code and the pricing explanation on the website was a bit difficult to understand. I wasn’t sure if I was getting the proper discount. After looking at it a bit longer I did see that the discount was applied.
The scanner at the gate worked perfectly to scan the QR code from my phone. The drivers were great as always.

Shuttle driver prompt courteous and excellent driver.
