very happy with ease of ordering and delivery

I've had two deliveries and loved ea Ch one great service and spot on

I know this seems low but it for the sweets and fudge that was deliverd today finally.,they are great thank-you for them,
but i need to be onist with you .. the amount of time from order to delivery is far far to long. I understand that sometimes there are things that can hold things up. if it's staff illness or other things but this is not good from a buyer prospect hope you can get on top of this so you dont loose buyers. wish you luck with this.

Not delivered

I placed order 7 working days ago and still haven't received it . There been no update atall.

1 STAR because you can't give 0.
Extremely disappointing from start to finish. Ordered on 27th May with Express Delivery (1-2 days) received it today on 8th June 16:15. Event is long gone, was on the 30th May! I tried cancelling my order on Monday 1st June, no reply until midday on the 2nd saying, "Sincere apologies for this issue. Unfortunately, as we use an automated dispatch system, we are unable to cancel an order once placed." THAT'S IT!! I replied that Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where delivery within the agreed timeframe is essential and not met, the consumer is entitled to treat the contract as at an end and request a full refund.
My second email sent has just been ignored. This is not the kind of company I want to deal with. Rude, doesn't deliver in the timeframe stated and once your money is with them, good luck trying to get anything back or even a response!!!!
IF YOU NEED THIS FOR SOMETHING IMPORTANT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Order a week ago and still waiting for my delivery to come not happy

So easy to order and everything was perfect

Choose my sweets which brought back memories when I was a kid, loads of sweets to chose from , sent off order which has to be over £30 to get free delivery, order came in 2/3 days later. Very fast delivery, great delivery service 10/10. I will buy again.

Took a while to be delivered but thoroughly enjoyed my order. Peanut brittle just took me back to being a kid again.

The choices I made were ok but some of the sweets were a bit tasteless. I also thought the prices were alot for what you receive.

Still waiting for the delivery to arrive,Yodel is an absolute joke!they have had it but not been sent out

The bon bons were all broken when delivered

Always delivered on time the ordering is easy and the sweets are great all your old favourites

One bag was opened when I received my order, I did have some corespondent when I raised the issue by now not heard anything

We are very disappointed with the quality of the sweets so much so that we threw four packets of the sweets in the bin.

Saw an advert on social media, decided to try them out. Communication good, delivery good and sweets lovely. Would recommend.

Sorry waited to long for a delivery almost a week.

Never received the order value over 30.00 pounds

Still awaiting my order. Ordered on the 20th May despatched on 21st May its now 2nd of june and no sign. Contacted they said will investigate. Still waiting my first order and it will be my last really poor in a packed sweet market. Better options out there. Read the trust pilot reviews you wont order if you do.
