Probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I never received my order, and more than three weeks later the issue still hasn't been resolved. I have repeatedly chased the company for updates, but each time I receive the same generic response saying they have contacted the warehouse.
Despite having over 3 weeks to investigate and resolve the problem, there has been no meaningful communication, no clear explanation, and no solution offered. The lack of customer service has been extremely frustrating, especially considering I paid for an order that never arrived.
I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them based on my experience!

Placed an order on June 9th and paid for express delivery. I received an email on June 10th saying my order is on its way. It's now June 17th and my order hasn't arrived. I'll probably have to wait another 100 working days to get a response from the company!

Over a week and order still not received-

Paid for my goods and they have not been delivered. All I got was a tracking number. The items are now 14 days late and they are refusing to refund my order. Appalling service, slow and unhelpful customer service.
Never again

Have ordered 3 times. First 2 times sweets were good although took longer than said even though i paid for express delivery. 3 rd time i paid express 1-2 day delivery and took 6 days. Bag of flying saucers had food debris in it from a different product. Looked like flavouring off of Bombay mix or something similar. Informed the buyer who asked for a picture and size of bag . Sent picture and info. Never heard back from them. Will not be ordering again.

Very easy to order sweets always good

I wanted to add to my experience of them sending me the wrong item and promising to investigate. They sent several automated replies claiming staff absence and a couple of personal replies saying they were looking into it however in the end I contacted my credit card company and received a refund through them. They just don’t care. Had I been treated well I’d likely have become a regular customer but how they react to an issue says a lot about a company.

placed a £90 order 3rd June........ 9 days later - 12th June - no dispatch notice - no delivery!!!!!!!!!

I could not find any mints or toffees in your selections.
Your licorice all sorts were very poor not having much of a selection some packets having 90% of the same one

I know this seems low but it for the sweets and fudge that was deliverd today finally.,they are great thank-you for them,
but i need to be onist with you .. the amount of time from order to delivery is far far to long. I understand that sometimes there are things that can hold things up. if it's staff illness or other things but this is not good from a buyer prospect hope you can get on top of this so you dont loose buyers. wish you luck with this.

Not delivered

I placed order 7 working days ago and still haven't received it . There been no update atall.

Extremely disappointing from start to finish. Ordered on 27th May with Express Delivery (1-2 days) received it today on 8th June 16:15. Event is long gone, was on the 30th May! I tried cancelling my order on Monday 1st June, no reply until midday on the 2nd saying, "Sincere apologies for this issue. Unfortunately, as we use an automated dispatch system, we are unable to cancel an order once placed." THAT'S IT!! I replied that Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where delivery within the agreed timeframe is essential and not met, the consumer is entitled to treat the contract as at an end and request a full refund.
My second email sent has just been ignored. This is not the kind of company I want to deal with. Rude, doesn't deliver in the timeframe stated and once your money is with them, good luck trying to get anything back or even a response!!!!
IF YOU NEED THIS FOR SOMETHING IMPORTANT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
