Like so many others, my experience is that there’s a major design fault in the plastic dispenser.
Can anybody suggest a better dispenser?
Or a good sweetener in a better dispenser?
I like Canderel but have decided enough is enough - if the manufacturers can’t be bothered to improve the design I’ll now go elsewhere.

Looking back on previous reviews it seems nothing has been done by this company to sort out the inadequacies of their tablet dispensers as the problem still remains I have to take the top off to get the tablets out otherwise they come out 2 at a time, get totally stuck or break up come on canderel surely you can do better than this in this day and age 🤷‍♀️

Rubbish dispenser. One feels that the manufacturer doesn’t give a toss about their customers. I may be looking in the wrong place but there does not seem to be any acknowledgement or reply to customers who have taken time to try to improve their experience of trying to use this product.

To correct the complaint about this product, that is a lie about using different ingredients for cheap shops. They are all same, I have worked in manufacturing and repack . In the repack warehouses they just alter the labels as they may have been headed abroad ( still same) but there is no tampering with the contents and absolutely zero difference between the item for sale in for example, Tesco and Poundland.

Two of these barely sweetens my tea. I am not sure if they can really claim to be 'sweeteners'. One hermeseta is perfect. Why are they not sweet?!

The Canderel capsules are 5-10 times larger than Hermesetas' and half as sweet. You're mostly paying for powdered chalk.

It's patently obvious you don't care that your dispensers are rubbish, spend some research money on designing one that actually works.

I like the product but the dispenser has forced me to stop buying it! I stopped a year ago when I got fed up of them continuously jamming, or chopping the sweetener, or generally not even opening!! It's only because I was sent one as a substitute for Tesco own brand during lockdown that I've decided to complain!

The worst "sucralose" distributor I've ever used.

If 0 star was possible, it would still be generous for the poor quality of their product "Canderel".

OMG these dispensers are driving me nuts - what has happened to them? I have been using canderel tablets for years but now I am thinking of trying a different sweetener just because of the dispenser. It gets stuck every single time - on the small ones and the big ones - what is going on - sort it out please

Same problem as EVERYONE else, dispensers are crap and they've even got the front to sell refill packs so you can turn a load more sweeteners into crumbs and dust.

I bought some Canderel sweeteners in a pink dispenser at my local pharmacy about 6 weeks ago. It is a lamentable product. The sweeteners routinely get caught in the dispensing gear, come out broken, or don’t come out at all. Pathetic.

Worst dispenser ever, still waiting on a replacement that was promised by Anita from customer service, now my emails are being ignored.

Having read the comments made they just repeat what I feel about the inferior dispenser. I will not buy a second Canderel.

The last comment from one of your customers, even though was over the top, was quite right about the quality of the plastic dispenser. Please note as regards about any product, people remember the bad things about it, and only too quick too mention to other people about it.

I love Sugarly! tastes and feels just like sugar and perfect for baking.

Merisant who produce Canderel Sweetener are just interested in money and not the customer. There is apparently no shame in your company or in fact with you that you can treat this grossly manufactured piece of rubbish as if it has no meaning. Things in the world slide so much and we tend to let them slide it’s a disgrace to all of use but at least my sleep is good as there is no cheating for me to worry about.
If you think your dispensers are of good quality just send me one that you would stake your reputation on that will work correctly to empty ALL the tablets in it easily and without damage.
My Guess is you can’t because it does not exist and you don’t care.
You don’t even have the decency to reply yourself.
Mr Armand Baudry, you who are the director of the company.Millions of your dispensers are produced and I have had maybe 100 over the years but none of them work for more than a few days either they do not despense or they crush the tablet.You Know this is happening and have done for a long time but you will not fix the problem I advise customer to go elsewhere for their sweetener your product is just shoddy.
