I emailed the company about a trip I wanted to experience. Gary came back and asked what time would be good to speak to me. He rang on the dot with a few ideas and thoughts. He listened to me and came up with a plan that was exactly what I could afford and for the correct length of time and achieving everything I wanted to do. Excellent customer service

Expert advice and the perfect itinerary…
Expert advice and the perfect itinerary for us. Having looked at other travel companies itineraries I was impressed by the choice and cost offered by Canadian Affair. When speaking to the wonderful travel agent it was obvious that she had extensive knowledge of the trip and could offer unbiased advice to my questions. She spent a long time ensuring she was tailoring the trip to our needs and at no time did we feel unheard or hurried. Brilliant.

Great customer service
My contact, Rachel Johnston, managed the holiday booking very well - it was a complicated arrangement which she quickly grasped. She explained the options clearly. I found her to be charming and easy to do business with. Well done Rachel.
I found Canadian Affair to be difficult to contact by phone - 20 minutes on Hold is not good enough. However, I found that sending an email resulted in a prompt call back.
