The set up was quick and efficient with extremely pleasant installer. Once fitted the reception for wi fi was excellent and we were able to connect 6 iPads/iPhone and a smart tv with no problems. Chose this system because caravan is situated in a black spot where reception through Virgin, O2 and other phone companies could not provide a strong signal even when connected to 5g.

Quick installation and instant access
Quick installation and instant access, only had for a couple of months but so far so good. Camping connect we’re able to get a signal despite being surrounded by trees when other companies couldn’t get a signal.

Just fantastic....
We have had Camping Connect as our sole internet providers for over two years now and cannot be any more impressed.
The initial installation of the leased line was very long and tiresome (not their fault) but they persisted and stuck to time frames wherever possible.
We now have a large portion of our guests signed up annually with more expressing interest daily as the services provided speak for themselves.
As with everything, we have experienced hiccups and problems. Each and every time they are quick to respond and fix (and most of the time are aware of the issue before we are!!).
Everyone we have spoken to within the Company, are super friendly and eager to help wherever possible.
Cannot recommend enough! Thanks for all that you do guys!

Quick, easy and simple to use
I don’t normally don’t do reviews, but I felt i had to on this occasion. We have a holiday home, and we were very limited on Internet access. I saw Camping Connect on an advertisement in our site office and picked up a leaflet. I contacted them and got more details and decided to go ahead, the whole process was so quick and easy to understand. The engineer was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer any of our questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Good option for static caravan
In van Wi-Fi with standard speed option is ideal for our static caravan in poor cellular reception area.
Good for browsing and normal streaming, probably struggle with heavy use

Camping Connect provides what it says it will.
For me Camping Connect has solved what was a problem for us. We tried other providers, but during peek season they all dropped out due to the amount of people in the area. So when our park had Camping Connect on site we went for it. That was 2 years ago now and we haven’t had a drop in service at all.
