Installation service was good. The service of wi fi does drop out when the caravan site is busy though.

Difficult to contact
Unfortunately best if you upgrade from basic .Problems are always resolved but have never managed to get service desk on calling them , they (possibly he/she ) is always busy , but they ( he/she ) does call you back ,have called a few times date given is last time I called them but comment is true on all calls I’ve made

Used this service on the weekend and it was a total waste of time and money, Tried watching Netflix but it continuously disconnected me.

Wouldn't be without Camping Connect
We use camping connect in our van on the East Coast. We normally have 3 phones connected and 1 or 2 TVs streaming Netflix without a single problem or drop in speed.
I can also check 2 cameras I have set up without any problem from home. An absolute must have for me.

Brilliant I am not a gamer, nor work from home, but general use I can't fault it. I would like to add any fault which is very, very rare rapid response and staff are on the ball well done and thank you (used camping connect for a few years now from my static holiday home)

Broadband as quick as at home
Well, like a lot of folks we tried our phones for internet then the sites own system that got slower and slower the more people that used it.
Then along came Camping Connect, the best decision we made. Great signal that never fades and is quick.
We had a problem with loss of signal. Rang up on a Sunday morning and it was fixed quickly.
Good people to deal with and would highly recommend them if you are like me want broadband as quick as I get at home in our static….Camping Connect is the answer.

We.purchased a used static and was given Camping Connect details as the precious owner highly rated them, the static van is in a poor signal area so could not use our mobiles etc, once connected which was a simple process we had full signals and super fast fibre on laptop which was helpful as we sometimes use our work laptops there now.
Highly recommend.

You can't fail with Camping Connect
We were the first van on our site to get Camping Connect. We've been with them for four years. It was brilliant from the word go. Easy to talk to, answered all my questions. Professional workman came and installed it with minimum disruption. I had a problem once, phoned them up and it was sorted in no time. I cannot speak highly enough about Camping Connect and I've recommended them to everyone who has asked me about wifi.

Essential service in a mobile signal black hole
After taking ownership of our new caravan we were unable to use our phones when we had a water leak and discovered that the site was a complete black hole for mobile signals so decided we needed a reliable connection in case of future emergencies (plus it was needed for tv apps. Home working etc. etc.) After a reccomendation from another site user we used this company. Installation was quick efficient and signal is great. Cost is reasonable and can be put on hold during winter months when the system is not in use.
