I bought a used Nissan Note from Camelot cars and I can’t say enough good things about them. No high pressured sales and a fair trade in price on my old car. I had a couple of teething troubles with the Nissan but Seb’ went above and beyond about sorting this out with no quibble. I’ve never had such fantastic customer service ever and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Seb’ and Camelot cars. Just brilliant and well done Seb’.
Bought my car nearly a year ago, I wanted to wait before I wrote a review so that I could give an honest review based on any troubles that arose.
What can I say? I found the car I wanted online, went to view and was greeted by Seb, anyway he was honest about the car and had it detailed and some scuffs removed, the car was ready to collect.
Everything was fine, until I had developed some issues with the car, I gave them a ring and because of their amazing 1 year warranty I took the car in, I they gave my a courtesy car and a few days later it was all fixed.
A few months past and again it came up with a fault, again it was fixed under the warranty but their mechanic had said that it could do with a timing chain. Now most dealers wouldn’t tell you this until the problem arose but Camelot Cars delivered, took it in and got it fixed. Nothing is to much for them, everything is superb, the sales, the after sales, the commitment and their communication.
The country needs more dealers like this and when I’m on the lookout for another car it will be Camelot Cars that will be my go to.
