If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled a car wash, their most expensive, the wash was dreadful with rubbish left in the car, marks and dirt all over the outside that clearly hadn't been touched. Most worrying were a number of items that had been removed from the car. I complained and was told to get a new wash I had to send proof the car wasn't cleaned. I explained I had no interest in a new wash and wanted the items returned but was ignored. I followed up but was cut off. I followed up again and two weeks later still nothing. Just disgustingly poor levels of service.

On Friday evening I used their mobile truck at Sports City to buy fuel amounting to AED 120.05. Their debit/credit card machine declined the transaction, no idea why, so I paid cash. I later discovered that the transaction had been processed by my bank and so I've paid for the fuel twice!
Despite numerous calls to Cafu no one can tell me when the over charge will be refunded and, even though requested, no manager called back.
It's interesting that their Trustpilot rating is either 5 star or 1 star, with nothing in between. It's also worth noting that they have a 'department' dealing with this, it must be a big problem. I wonder how much money they're making on over night spot markets using customers illegally gained money...
I'll never use them again.

Worst customer experience award goes to 🥁——- none other than CAFU
I have never encountered a more disastrous customer support experience than the one I had with Cafu. From the moment I reached out for help, I felt like I was thrown into a maze of incompetence and indifference. It is truly shocking how a company can manage to provide such appalling customer service.
To start with, their response time was abysmal. It took them days to even acknowledge my initial inquiry, and when they finally did, it was a generic, copy-paste response that didn't address my concerns in the slightest. It was evident that they had not even bothered to read my query properly.
I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and persisted with my problem, hoping that they would eventually rectify the situation. However, the ordeal only worsened from there. Each time I contacted them, I was met with a different representative, and I had to repeat my issue from scratch. It was as if they had no internal communication or record-keeping system whatsoever.
Furthermore, the representatives I dealt with were rude and unprofessional. Instead of showing empathy or understanding, they seemed annoyed and uninterested in assisting me. One representative even had the audacity to try to hang up on me when I kept asking him for his name and to speak with a supervisor. This level of disrespect is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, Cafu's customer support agents appeared to lack the basic knowledge about their own products and services. I had to explain the features and functionality of their own app to them, which was incredibly frustrating. It's as if they hadn't received any training at all.
In conclusion, I urge everyone to steer clear of Cafu, as their customer support is a total disaster. Dealing with them left me feeling utterly frustrated and ignored. It's evident that they don't value their customers, and I can't imagine anyone having a positive experience with their service. Avoid Cafu at all costs!

Your car washer scratched my car more than 1 month ago. Was promised by customer service that management would follow up asap. It’s now been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard anything back. 0 stars to both your car washer and customer service!

I think CAFU is the MOST unreliable company I have dealt with!! My car was supposed to receive petrol before midnight and yet the time is 8:30am morning and still no petrol and no update. The office is moreover closed and WhatsApp isn't answered either!
This is actually the 3rd or 4th time it happens and yet CAFU keeps on telling me that it won't happen again!! To start the day with a car that can't drive and you have kids to take to school etc...is probably the most frustrating way to start the day.
No one to contact and no updates what so ever!! Not a very sustainable way to make business! 😳
