Great experience ordering a car part online.
I needed a new door handle for my Škoda fabia. Caffyns had the part in stock and cheaper than the company I have used before. I emailed to check the part and had a reply back within 30mins. I ordered the part Friday and it was dispatched the same day and was with me Monday. Great fast service and a great price. Thanks.

Caffyns VW Worthing is a trusted dealership with excellent after sales service.
Caffyns VW Worthing has provided an excellent service over the many years I have used them. Staff are friendly, courteous, helpful, well informed and professional. Communication is excellent at all stages, whether it’s having you car serviced or when arranging to view and purchase a new car. I arranged a visit to discuss and test drive a new vehicle and the whole experience, from ordering to taking delivery, was flawless. I would recommend highly a visit to this showroom.

Quality Car and Quality Service

Charging cars
After my Vauxhall astra finally gave up the ghost after 16 trouble free years I thought I'd check out what caffeyns in ashford had to offer in way of an upgrade. Needed something I could slide into like suv ( not getting any younger) after checking out some their models James suggested the Hyundai Tuscon that they had taken in part exchange. Smitten immediately, big car but extremely comfortable & easy to drive. James Tindall was extremely helpful & patient as we made a decision about a purchase. Well done James & thank you

Patrick & Jamie
After receiving a poor experience from my local Audi branch, I got in touch with the team at Brighton who have been nothing short of brilliant from the first time of speaking to Patrick and Jamie. Both have been excellent and after having an issue with the car I was part exchanging, were understanding and got everything resolved at minimal cost. I will never not recommend Patrick, Jamie and the team to others. Thank you all!
