Amazing management, great team of movers. All my belongings were properly wrapped and unwrapped. The team was professional from start to finish.
At one point I was a bit worried in terms of the timing of the move, left a note and got called back in the half hour that followed my email.
I tried other removal companies before. Cadogan Tate is really the best there is on the market

My neighbours were moving out. The Cadogan Tate truck arrived. Spaces were reserved in residents parking and the crew were careful of the paving which was vaulted.
It was as it should be but living in a narrow one way Georgian Street in central London it is in fact rare to have this organised professional approach which is often/usually ignored.
We are grateful as residents.

First time dealing with Cadogan Tate. Super team of highly professional movers led by Patrick. Considerate and patient. Could not recommend them more.

We havent used Cadogan Tate due to the quotes service we received post the visit of their sales rep, After he came to see us we were minded to go with them.

Then thier initial quotes arrived which were incredibly difficult to decipher, were actually wrong in parts and omitted to put parking charges on. Their “options” are not really options at all as who would accept insurance of only £40 per item moved?! And their costs were much, much higher than their competitors as well.

When I called them up all the person i spoke to could say was that the quotes had been sent out in his absence as if that was some kind of excuse? He then said he would get back to me and then took 3 days to do so which does not really indicate this company really cares if it has our business or not.

We used Scotts last time and were very happy and so are very disappointed indeed that the initial service post the sales rep visit to our house has been so bad.

Their excellent service throughout - prompt arrival - careful handling and packaging - could not be more impressed and will recommend them any time.

We've used Cadogan Tate for over 20 years for shipping of art and antiques to our home in France, and when it was time to move everything to the UK, they were the natural choice. Every stage in the process couldn't have gone better. From the first phone call to the survey, and the two weeks of packing 5 containers of goods, I had full confidence that everyone I met knew exactly what they were doing and were highly professional.

All my dealings have been great with Cadogan Tate. First my move last year, which was very challening for them (2nd floor flat on a very hot day!) and everything went like clockwork. Recently I had to arrange a collection from my storage unit, and dealt with the very helpful and professional move manager, Leticia. A friend of mine had to collect their stuff from my storage unit (without me being there), and he said that honestly, everyone who was involved on the day, (the guys helped him with packing of his stuff) couldn't have been more helpful! In what could have been a bit of a nightmare of a process, once again, for Cadogan Take, everything went according to plan. Once again, Cadogan Tate have been brilliant. I had a complicated move (in and out of storage with a lot of fragile things) and it all went perfectly. From Tracy my Move Manager to Patrick and his fabulous team who were a total pleasure to have around. I would not hesitate to recommend them (I already have).

The move was a total breeze - incredibly professional movers who packed and took care of all my household items and especially some very valuable pieces of art. They’re one of the few moving companies I’d trust to do this work and it was a joy from start to finish.

Cadogan Tate has been wonderful to work with. Janine responds quickly and fully answers any questions that I may have. Their onsite movers were super friendly and efficient. Cadogan certainly has made a stressful move much more comfortable.

I was really nervous about this move but Pavel and his team were just fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, not even a troublesome sofa. They were super-efficient and nice to have around.

We used this company to move stored furniture from Acton west London to south lincolnshire.

Note this is a review for Rogers removals who have now been taken over by Cadogan Tate. We had high expectations and were recommended this firm by a trusted friend. They let us down in not being able to move our goods with due care and attention. Damaged beyond repair an expensive mattress, chair, lamp, storage unit. Their response was simply to make an insurance claim rather than accept responsibility.

Lucy was our coordinator and made sure that things were smooth and perfectly organised. She kept us informed at all times. The packing team was timely, careful and polite. All in all, a very positive experience. Will definitely use Cadogan again.

They make everything stress free - I've used them twice now and have really loved working with them. Very expensive, but worth it for my peace of mind. I particularly loved working with Emanuela who was very communicative and helpful.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Cadogan Tate from start to finish. The visit that led to their quotation was thorough, all the arrangements for the move like suspension of residents' parking bays were smooth, the team who packed and unpacked our belongings (the core members of which were Dimitar Kostov, Jason Costelloe, Jim MIddlemiss Senior and Freddie Bowman) were excellent in every way and communication throughout was exemplary

We were extremely impressed by the whole team, from initial survey to finished job and with excellent support from the office. Great care was taken with packing, the team were courteous and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

From start to finish, the whole process of moving was superbly executed. The whole team was outstanding.
They were punctual, efficient, cheerful, respectful and sensitive! Have used them before and was very happy with everything this time around!

All the people we interacted with did a perfect job - very professional and friendly. Responses to our requests were extremely fast and all commitments met.
