We had a very urgent job with a small window and Cadogan Tate worked with us seamlessly to make it happen. The team was exceptionally professional, thorough, prompt and efficient. I cannot recommend highly enough! Extra special shoutout to Lacey in particular!

The team turned up on time and took great care protecting and lifting our client's heavy stone bath by crane through a window on one of the upper floors. The whole crane operation was carried out with minimum disruption to the neighbours and I would definitely recommend Cadogan Tate for any lifting jobs where access is difficult.

Cadogan Tate delivered an excellent service, from Derek who explained very precisely what I could and could not take in my international relocation so I could pack some items and take them by myself, to Navideh who called me to ensure I had all of the information before the move and knew what to expect to the crew of Vinnie, Robbie, Steve, Tim and Steve, who packed everything carefully, were kind, respectful, attentive (e.g., remote controls with the object they were controlling), and funny, I did not feel any stress at all as I knew they had everything under control.

Five stars. Park Chinois, Mayfair — cleared with the precision of a military operation.
There's a moment in Gladiator when Maximus removes his helmet and announces who he is — and that's how Pat and his team arrived at Park Chinois. Four large vehicles, a crew that moved with total intent, and 15,000 sq ft of one of London's most elaborate restaurant interiors packed and away in three hours. Not a scratch. No damages, nothing.
And this was not an easy move: crystal chandeliers, gilt mirrors, a Steinway grand, hand-finished furniture and delicate silk pieces throughout. Everything was wrapped, crated and handled like it mattered — because to us it does. Pat led from the front and every one of his guys knew exactly what they were doing. The quoting and admin side (Daniel and Gemma) were just as sharp.
If you have something genuinely valuable to move, this is the firm. We'd use Cadogan Tate again without hesitation.

I have used Cadogan Tate for several moves and storage needs in the past few years and returned to them as the service in the past was great. Unfortunately I cannot express how shocked I am at how much their standards have fallen. From their invoicing system continuously issuing erroneous invoices for storage (attempting to DD over £70k), to customer service taking days and weeks of chasing to respond to simple requests. My renovation is now subject to costly delays due to their incompetence, delivering the wrong items to the building site and taking a month to arrange delivery of all of the missing items. Very sad as this was a company I trusted to do a good job.

Although we didn't end up using this company for our move, I wanted to leave a review based on our experience during the quotation process. They were friendly, professional, and punctual, taking the time to understand our requirements and answer all of our questions without any pressure.
Based on our interactions, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and courteous removal company. Thank you again for your time and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately one of Cadogan Tates vehicles crashed into my parked vehicle.
He was kind enough to leave a note on my windscreen and admitted liability. The company accepted this but then chose to ignore all correspondence and phone calls for the payment of the excess that I had to pay towards the repairs.
This is not the manner in which I would have expected a removal company of this standing to behave.

The service from start to finish has been brilliant - we had to move into temp accommodation due to a flood in our home - and the team at CT were fantastic with the move - both out of our home and into our temp property. Even when our bed was not installed properly, they sorted out a date to come and fix it speedily. The team with Pawel and Szymon, and Handymen Tomeck and Rafa were all great - professional, and efficient.

Exceptional company when it comes to shipping expensive art pieces. Nothing is a problem, everything is possible. The staff are friendly and amazing at problem solving when it comes to shipping unusual pieces or solving how to ship to hard to deliver to places. I would highly recommend them. I use the base in Wimbledon, England and always had a 5 star service.

We moved at the start of April. From the initial survey of our flat to receiving the quote, to planning the actual dates for packing and finally moving, everyone we dealt with at Cadogan Tate in the office and on site was amazingly flexible and helpful. Daniel, Lyndsey, Mathew and Lacey particularly.
We had a full packing service a day in advance with further work done on the morning of the actual move.
The team packed everything so carefully and we had a very, very full flat having lived there for over 40 years!
They have been great in the aftermath too coming to collect all the empty boxes etc.
I’ve been recommending them wholeheartedly to several friends about to move.

Awful experience. The service is superficially good, but over time we had several misdirected deliveries and it became clear that the record keeping system is fundamentally flawed. This included arguments about whether certain valuable items were in our possession or theirs - they insisted they were not (several times), but eventually admitted that they were. Expensive, but not good.

Cadogan Tate isn’t the service with the lowest charge but it must be one of the best ones. All staff dealing with us was super nice and professional - special shout-outs to Ms Lyndsey Murfet and Ms Gemma Karavias, who were amazingly efficient and helpful with our enquiries and getting our issues sorted. We highly recommend Cadogan for home moving.

Yet again, they have exceeded expectations. Despite my sentiment of supporting local movers, I went back to using Cadogan for my move and what a delightful experience it has been. From Liam patiently quoting and re-quoting as things changed, to Navideh arranging the pre-move details to the three musketeers: Simon, James and Jimmy - all three of whom were thoroughly helpful, professional and adjusting. Nothing is too much for them and the packing and loading was done very carefully. Thank you and see you when you bring everything back!

I had a really great experience with this moving company. From the very beginning, all my questions before the move were answered quickly and in great detail, which made me feel confident and well-prepared.
The movers themselves were incredibly kind, careful, and friendly. They handled everything with attention and respect, and packed my belongings very neatly and securely.
Overall, the whole process was completely stress-free — honestly, the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth and reliable move.

The Cadogan Tate team were incredible for our house move. Their team were speedy, careful and took the attitude of 'nothing is a problem' which really eased our stress. We found them to be well priced vs competitors, and didn't experience any hidden fees. They were flexible when we had to amend our move date, which was greatly appreciated. The 'handy-man' was excellent - efficient and careful, again making things feel like a breeze. Every single person we came across at the company was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Due to having contracted Cadogan Tate for storage, I felt locked in to using their moving services and have used their removal services for three separate moves over the last few years including one international move. Considering that Cadogan Tate is reputed to be a "top tier" removal provider (both service and cost), they were not so well organized on the international move and some things that were labeled for storage got moved and vice versa. There were also damages which they acknowledged and accepted responsibility to cover via insurance which I purchased for the move. After six months of chasing for the payment, I have not received reimbursement and it is only now that I post this review to share with others who may also expect high quality service given the high cost. I am beyond frustrated and really cannot recommend Cadogan Tate.

The removal chaps were fast, very courteous and helpful

I have used Cadogan Tate for 30 years, but this move was particularly complex at the end of a long relationship and consisted over a 9 month period of one large house pack (Cadogan Tate's packing is second-to-none), four 'chunky' deliveries out of storage (one or two containers on each occasion) and the personal collection of a suitcase from the depot ... all to varying addresses. My liaison at Head Office, Lacey Grimshaw, was fantastic as were all the delivery teams ... dealing with a series of sensitive moves with great communication, professionalism and efficiency. And also with quiet and gentle empathy and support which was of particular importance given the circumstances. It was a pleasure to work with and be supported by each and every one of them. My last container came out of storage last week.

Excellent moving company — expensive but worth it.

I chose Cadogan because I was very stressed about the move, and they made everything incredibly easy. They are at the upper end of the market, but if you’re looking for a smooth, no-stress experience, I would definitely recommend them.
