I've been visiting Caci Takanini for two years now. The staff are always welcoming and address me by name. They care about the work they do and about the outcome of the treatment they provide. Would highly recommend!

Brooke is an AMAZING treatment advisor. Brooke always comes out and greets me by my first name and checks in with me about how I am finding my treatments and skincare. She remembered that I was struggling to find a product that I LOVED and has given me some suggestions and went the extra mile to organise me another skin check up. Everything always feels genuine and personable which I love as there is nothing worse than walking into a clinic and just being another "Client/number".

Marina is so LOVELY too. Always very helpful and knowledgeable which is amazing when you are trying to learn more about your own skin. And we always have the best chats about everything although she can always tell when you're just needing some down time which is nice too.

Palmerston North team are very welcoming and accommodating. They take you to step by step process in each procedure leaving there client feeling at ease and comfortable.
