Overall a very good service.
Black bin liners were slightly thinner than expected.

delivery was terrible took 6 days for order too arrive when they advertise next day, when called to question this i was told it is next day after it had been dispatched but was still in warehouse.Eventually arrived 3 days later

Excellent value, easy to order, fast delivery and well packaged. Found everything I needed on the website plus some stuff I didn’t know I wanted so will probably do another order…

Very disappointed. Paid for my order 03/02/2026 was promised delivery within 3 working days. Called customer service 06/02/2026 and they've seemed to have forgotten to dispatch my order.
Had an email just after the phone call saying the order was dispatched. Received an track email saying the order was going to be delivered on the next day Monday 09/02/2026
Stayed in for the two hours slots waiting for the delivery and no delivery turned up. Next day again nothing, today 11/02/2026 still not received anything. Shame as when you buy you expect the delivery on the date stated on the website.

I made a large purchase of crockery for an excellent price - could not find a better price online by far !
Had an urgent delivery date so I confirmed if the stock was available on Monday when I placed the order and they quickly confirmed via email that it was and that my delivery date should be made. To my delight the order arrived on Wednesday but unfortunately one box was delayed by I was advised it should be with me on Thursday. 2 items were damaged in the first delivery but once I reported them, they were replaced by Friday. The second box arrived on Thursday but unfortunately it was the wrong items once I reported this Buzz agents were on top of the issue and have arrange to collect the wrong item and send out the correct item which I have been told I should receive on Monday.
I've given them 5 stars as problems arise but it's how quickly they responded, took ownership and worked to correct the issue as fast as humanly possible which I appreciate greatly.

The oven we ordered arrived very quickly (next day), which was great.
However, the oven does not work at all well has uneven heat distribution and our cook time has gone from 45 mins to 2.5 hours.
I was told to raise a complaint with the service department, who were hugely unhelpful and told me they wouldn't talk to buffalo (manufacturer) until I paid a £75 invoice.
Do not buy the Buffalo Convection Oven 100 Liter if you are looking to run an efficient business!

Buzz picked up the glasswasher and returned in working order ,good business!

Quick delivery of quality product. Identical replacement for item destroyed in recent flooding which has worked well so no need to look further afield.

Delivered when said, and I love the dinner set

The product is excellent. Buzz Supplies contacted me to say that the manufacturer had a problem and delivery would be delayed. At the time they had expected to get the product, they did not contact me to say that it had again been rather delayed, but when I contacted them they then did so - and surprisingly, sent me another VAT invoice, though I had already paid via Paypal! Unfortunately their delivery agent Evri took two extra days to deliver it, having failed the previous day, and then delivered it to the front door when I had specified the back door. Communication with Evri was not as good as with Buzz - and at least Buzz tried hard and apologised for the delay.

Quick updates and delivery quality product very reasonably priced

The goods were delivered in good condition. The product is just what I expected and more. Will definitely be using this service again. So happy with my chaffing dishes.

It is possibly my 5th time placing an order for candles, lots of, in one purchase, as I've been very happy with the price and quality of pillar candles, jar candles and the 8 hour burntime clear cup candles. They burn beautifully, and are good value for money without skimping on quality. Delivery is quick, and the products comes very well packaged.
