Made two orders of different live feeders and neither were what i actually ordered in terms of size, packaging etc. Also many locusts were dead on arrival and Dubia’s were loose in the packaging as there was a huge crack in their container.

Bugs arrived very fast. Great service and company!

I ordered two Philodendrons(a very small Pink Princess and a medium Scandens).
Although packaged reasonably well, the Scandens was out of its' pot and covered in compost.
I contacted the company, just to make them aware of the issue and to explain that plants can suffer from root shock.
I informed them that I had repotted the plant and was hoping for the best.
I kinda wished I would've suggested that their packaging needs to be rethought and made an actual complaint!
Patronising response, taking no responsibility and not even an apology, either.
"Thankfully, Philodendrons are very hardy plants". Well, they can still die from being suffocated by compost and having their roots exposed for days.
"Any issues in the next few days, attach photos and we can take it from there".
Just take responsibility, have the courtesy to offer a replacement, whether requested or not, apologise and remember the rule of fit for purpose.

All the staff is very friendly with a great customer service. Also high quality bugs for our pets.

Have bought a few times and each order has been perfect. I would highly recommend

Amazing products as usual but box arrived in tatters and items missing emails haven’t been answered but again it’s a packaging issue not a quality issue

Poor quality live food. Morrio worms regularly arriving dead despite arriving within 1 day.

It took 2 phone calls to get my parcel picked and packed which took nearly 4 days to sort out but I would still shop from them again

Every time we enter Buzzard Reptiles we are greeted and given support. We have bought many things from them and will carry on doing so. Staff are knowledgeable and I ask so many questions which are never not answered with respect or a keen attitude. Online ive asked for help and its always a 100 percent . Thankyou all for your help.

Ordered live food. Came with very few losses, a certain amount is expected. Delivery times are very good. The bugs I ordered were a size down due to no stock in large, but the ones i got seem healthy.

I messaged to ask about next day delivery specifically because i needed my order to arrive on a certain day and would not have placed the £100 order otherwise. I was told orders made before 12 would be processed the same day and orders were usually shipped around 4pm. On the day I placed my order at 2am all items online where marked at in stock so when I received a text at around 3pm to tell me isopods where out of stock and so they would hold back my whole order. I was frustrated that they hadn't given me the option to ship without isopods so that I could go ahead and plant up my crestie enclosure.

They contacted me the next day to tell me another item was out of stock and would I be happy to swap for another which I was. ( I little customer contact goes along way )

Finally the next day I got my order and was really disappointed, what appeared to be well packaged plants in corrigated card upon removal looks like they had been thrown into pots then thrown into plastic bags... most weren't even in pots anymore with soil all over the place. When I undone my philodendron it was in a horrible state 3 out of 4 leaves has broken off and the last remaining leaf was scorched on the end with the roots looking like they had begun to rot. The other plants I believe to be salvageable but contacted the company for a refund on the Philodendron which they issued as well as half refund on another plant that had arrived out of its pot. That was positive but overall I was really unhappy with the lack of care taken on the fulfillment of my order and will definitely look elsewhere for reptile supplies . The customer just doesn't seem to be valued here anymore

Poor attitude from seller, paid for a heat pack & wasn't included. Paid for medium roaches & got delivered micro / small roaches.

Only stooped this low as no other company currently has mediums or above in stock. (Including these liars). Buzzard is an appropriate name as these vultures are trying to capitalize on the current market supply issue.

They are refusing a refund with no apology just snarky comments & i will pursue it as far as is needed as this amounts to nothing more than a scam with appalling customer service.

Ordering with these clowns is gambling.
