Our Account Manager Declan was really helpful to sort all the issues we experienced and he was follow our issue up via email and phone. Always updated with the process. Business Waste in general providing a great service and always find a solution for any kind of waste to collect.

Jade Grad has been extremely helpful with all my enquiries. She has always been able to assist with finding suitable local companies and has provided fantastic communication throughout, both by email and over the phone.

Business Waste providing me service's since 4-5 years now, their services are always great and their staff responses always excellent when it comes to any queries you may have as they take it very seriously and get things sorted straight away. We have been using Business Waste for two sites. Unfortunately, they had to return one of the sites to us after a couple of missed collections, as we were advised that access was restricted because the site is in a residential area.

We really appreciate them being honest about the situation and choosing to end the service rather than continuing to chase collections back and forth.

We have had a few hiccups with the second site as well, but Alyssa has been very helpful and has kept an eye on the collections to make sure they are happening as scheduled and that any missed collections are re-collected.

Overall, we are happy with the service and really appreciate the helpful and honest customer support.
