I am very nervous about the dentist as i have had problems for years.But they put me at ease.It was a lovely atmosphere when i walked in.It never smelt clinical.Everyone appeared happy in there role.

A VERY GOOD FIRM
I have been a patient of BUPA Dental Care Sale for many years and have always been pleased with it. I have had unusual problems but the dentists, most recently Mr Wei Hao Yew, have coped with them very well.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant . I felt comfortable and safe . Kevin explained everything in detail . I was very nervous . I just relaxed and Kevin just chatted with we all the way through the appointment .

The Fulham Road Londin Chesea SW10…
The Fulham Road Londin Chesea SW10 branch opposite the hospital was a nnghtmare.
I simply wanted a clean. An appointment, for months on the future was only available. Having booked I was informed that and I quote : " you could be on the cancellation list for a sooner appointment if anyone cancels...and we will text you." I received a text for a morning appointment on a Saturday. Instructed to confirm by texting confirm. I did. Cancelling a rural weekend break and travelling from a different rural location by rail, very early in the morning I finally arrived in London. Being disabled and on pain I arrived on time but with difficulty. The receptionist informed me my partner not addressing me,that the appointment had been taken and we should have received a text. The mobile phone screen was presented to the receptionist showing no such text,but simply an appointment booking by them. Continuing to address my partner as if I am incapable of communication the ill mannered receptionist informed, we could make another appointment for HER if there is another cancellation... My partner replied that I was 3 feet away and can be informed directly. Rude,inefficient and bizarre, avoid this mess. No apology given at any stage.
