We have used Buildsafe for a few years now and I love the fact that you have one person as a point of contact and that that person is very well informed and can help with all your questions. In our case this is Wahida Benuis and she is excellent. She helps push things through for us when we are up against tight deadlines with getting certificates issued, she always does her best to help.
