Took Money Without Sending Product and Ghosted Me
I ordered something in July that was never sent and they will not respond to emails or messages and comments on social media. I’ve been polite and patient. Leaving this review is a last resort. I ordered from them once a year or two ago with no issue. I don’t know what the deal is, but the customer service is horrible and they have taken my money and ghosted me without the product I ordered. I will never order from them again and would recommend against anyone doing so.

It has been 23 days since I ordered the Hocus Pocus "I smell children" embroidery hoop.
I have followed this company for a few years because I thought their products were funny. This experience was my first order.
I received an order confirmation on 10/10, but have not received anything further since then. I have reached out via email three times and via IG. The only response I received on IG on 10/30 was "Hey-so your order didn't arrive yet?" They asked me this when the order confirmation said I should have received a notification when the item shipped, but I never received a shipping notification? Makes me think they knew it hadn't shipped but didn't really care?
Getting no additional response - even something like, "sorry! we're busy, things are backed up!" would be helpful to provide some reassurance that my money wasn't just stolen from me.
This site doesn't have any public reviews on FB, nor does it have a customer service number to call, and no mailing address on their website. Very little transparency overall. I should have trusted my gut and not ordered from Buffalovely.

Only way to contact them was email- its been almost a week and no response back from them.

I’m so sad to have to give this review. I’ve ordered from them several times before with great results. Great products delivers in a timely fashion. This time is completely different. Ordered on August 5 and the money came out of my account on August 6. There is still no evidence of shipping. I’ve repeatedly emailed, Facebook messaged, and Instagram messaged all with zero response. I’m so disappointed because, in my previous experience, the products are fantastic! I will never be ordering from them again.
Don't do it.
I'm having the same issues as a number of other people. I placed an order on 8/4, today is 8/29 and since 8/4, 3 emails, 1 FB message, and 1 FB comment were entirely ignored. I got an email on 8/25 that my order was being shipped, but as of today (8/29), all they have done is create the shipping label.

Been over a month. Five emails and still no products (they sure billed me tho).
after my first email, I got a notice that the items would ship that day with a tracking number. 20 days later and nothing has changed. There’s a “label” for shipping and that’s it.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Like other screwed over customers, ZERO customer service. I tried emailing daily and DMing on social media. Nothing. They were quick to delete comments warning other people of their shady business practices. I wish I would have done a little more research and read these reviews because they are SPOT ON. Do NOT buy from this place.

Absolutely terrible. I'm out money and do not have the items I was really excited for. Also, I love how when you try and communicate with this "Amanda" who owns it, you simply get blocked. What an amazing way to run a business.

I was hesitant to order after reading all the bad reviews. I had seen their products in person at Christmas in the Country and knew I liked them, but was nervous to order online after reading about items arriving broken or not arriving at all and no response from seller. However, I really wanted the trivets for gifts so I gave it a try and hoped for the best. They arrived quickly and packaged well. No problems. Overall glad I gave them a chance.

Never have I experienced such terrible customer service. Correction it's more like no service! They completely ignore you. I'm surprised I even received an order. When the items came one was broken and the other one was a not the item I ordered. I have tried to contact them through email and social media for over a week. They delete my comments and ignore my emails and DM's. DON'T SHOP HERE!! I have read nothing but bad reviews. I have yet to see a positive experience from anyone.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from this shop. I ordered a few things on March 29th, and they still haven’t shipped out. I emailed them on April 5, and a woman emailed me back saying they would ship out on April 8th, but they still haven’t (it’s April 17 now.) I have since emailed them twice and received no response or update. Infuriating. Their stuff is so cute, but they need a little help with their customer service!

No gifts for Valentines Day this year
I ordered mugs from this business on Jan 27 to use as Valentines Day gifts but they never arrived ! I guess I’m one of the lucky ones because at least I had my money refunded. No apology, no please let us assist you, no nothing! Cute mugs but absolutely no customer service!!!
Ghosted
I ordered two things from them, one was defective & the other never showed up. This was about a month ago, since then they have ignored my messages and emails & deleted my comments from social media. Very poor product & horrible customer service.
